I am very pleased with the plumbing work done at my home. I took three day and was very thorough. I was listen to and everything was explained to me. .Very good customer service. *********************** was efficient and professional. This was a good experience for me and I think my home is much more protected because of the work done. Thank you so much.

I had the company send someone out on 2/13/24 to replace a food waste disposal system that had reached its end of life. **** would not provide any kind of a potential price range over the phone, but we currently have a service contract with them for our HVAC system and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. In person I was quoted over $900 to perform the service. The technician either could not, or would not, give me a break down of the cost of the part or labor. I then showed them that the needed part costs $118 at ********** with a charge of $185 for installation services. I don't understand how **** could possibly justify charging 3 times the going market rate for this part and service. What's even more unethical is the fact that after quoting this ridiculous price, they expected to receive a service fee of $114 just for showing up to provide this outrageous quote. I refused to give them a dime due to these questionable business practices and the technician had to call their supervisor to have the fee waved. I understand that a service charge is normal, however when it's paired with an extreme over markup for the proposed part/service, they are creating a situation in which a person will recognize the inflated price and feel forced to fork over $114 just to send them out the door. Needless to say, I no longer trust in ****** ability to provide products and services at fair market value. Fortunately I was able to advocate for myself and I am only out my time in this case, however I now question how much they may have overcharged me for ********** and services over the last several years.

This is my review for ************* ! 12/22/23. I highly recommend this company my service technician which was *************************** was Top notch and very honest and professional he fixed my heat pump found 2 leaks explained all my concerns thank you for the great service! I give this company 5 stars.

We called **** as they had come over on the past for a clog issue. Same clog a few years later, and the tech had ro come back a second time with a plumber. Not a problem, as I thought perfect way to get an estimate on our water heater. ******* noticed a leak on the connecting water lines and I said go ahead and fix. Dang, ****** dollars later, mind you, I new this and approved, but really wasn't thinking clearly. I called the next day for a breakdown on the repair and they don't provide one. I called and asked for an explanation, but was told that take pride in being open 7 days a week and a live person answering the phone. I just didn't understand the amount for two flex hoses.Their customer service is great, but very very expensive. I may need to look for another company that doesn't charge two arms and a leg.

Are you looking for a business that is honest, stands behind their products and workmanship and puts their customers first? ****** Heating **** has those qualities. We had an energy efficient furnace and AC installed by ******. When we began using the heat we notice liquid (water) being emitted from the vent for the furnace. A deterioration of our houses siding was caused by the water coming from vent. ****** dispatched a supervisor and tech to look at the problem. At no cost to us ****** has fixed the problem of water being emitted plus has scheduled repair to our siding. The supervisor and tech had very professional and friendly people skills. What a breath of fresh air it is to deal with a business and its employes that has exemplary qualities. If you have a need for heating, ac, plumbing and/or electrical repair then ****** is the business you need to call. They are one of the best HVAC, plumbing and electrical professionals in the Northwest.***********************
