              Gluten free bread is $6.79 a loaf for 12 slices of bread half the size of regular bread. Problem: open bread that has a use date 1 month out and the bread has mold throughout. This has happened at least a dozen times to me.Why are they allowed this unsafe practice? Obviously they don't know how to produce this product safely consistently, yet are allowed to sell. Would give 0 stars if allowed

              First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  Mold is a natural occurring issue with breads.  The Gluten Free product has been designed without adding chemicals that reduce mold spores.  In most of your baked good items there is mold inhibitors to reduce mold growth to be allowed on the products.  This is a non-traditional bread as well with different ingredients.  We stand by our products.  You are welcome to go to franzbakery.com, provide you address, and we will provide you with coupons to replace your product for you.  We again apologize for the inconvenience.
