Unfortunately nothing has changed at DIMINiSHED VALUE of OREGON since all three of them express the exact same situation I did, and probably everyone he takes money hs as well. One thing that I will add is that your bank can reverse the transaction and refund all of your money. I told the bank that I did not receive the service I had paid despite numerous attempt to contact the dude. I did that over the phone with my bank. *** probably won't protest since can't show any work product. Seems like very classic sociopathic behavior.DO NOT do BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He will talk you to death when you first speak to him to make you feel good about plunking down a bunch of money, just to get him off the phone.I advise everyone to also file a complaint with their *********************** If enough people complain, maybe this guy can be stopped from scamming anyone whom he can.

**************, I do regret you had a bad experience with our service. I produced my appraisal immediately after you hired me with a valuation of $39,077. We sent a letter of representation to *************************, your policy's total loss representative at *************** advising them you invoked your appraisal clause on December 9, 2021, which was the same day you made your payment to us. Then again on December 26th since we had still not received any correspondence from an appraiser for Geico. YOUR insurance company, refused to hire another appraiser. I can't settle an appraisal clause claim when the insurance company refuses to hire an appraiser. I have already refunded 100% of your money. The reason I provided a refund was because: 1. I fell ill to "long covid" a few weeks ago and I wasn't where I was able to give your claim the undivided attention you deserved. I am VERY SORRY for that and yes, you do deserve a refund.2. I felt it wasn't your fault your insurance company didn't follow through and hire an appraiser to represent them. You're not the only one to who GEICO has done this to. After weeks of dealing with them with your claim and Geico still refusing to hire an appraiser, and upon reading your "review", I was more than happy to refund your money. Geico cost us both time and money. I'm out of the time and resources it cost to produce your appraisal, the repeated communications with them to try to get them to hire an appraiser, plus now a one-star review from you. I understand you being upset. I'd be upset too. But, just so you know, it is seldom something like this happens. I've had thousands of clients, just in the ******** area alone. If I was the scammer you just claimed I was, I'd have much more than 3 one-star BBB reviews (including yours) and 3 BBB complaints. I'd have more reviews like that other auto appraisal company on the east side that has 52 BBB complaints and 25 one-star BBB reviews. I'm not perfect, and I don't claim to be. If I'm wrong, I don't mind saying I'm wrong. And, in this instance, I was wrong and feel I wasn't able to accomplish the job I was hired to do. Please accept my sincerest apologies.
