I had surgery 9/19/2022 and received a quote for the cost of the procedure, which I paid on the day of surgery. I have since called OAG at least 6 or 7 times to get a statement that I can turn in to my insurance company for reimbursement (should receive the full payment of $900) and have yet to receive it. I did receive 1 statement from them which showed 2 charges, for a total of $3013. I have the letter stating the cost of the procedure would only be $900, which they said they would send out the statement for. Needless to say, I'm still waiting. If I miss the deadline for submitting this for reimbursement, and have to eat the $900 I am really going to be upset!! Lousy customer service in the billing department.Review from George B

I too received a notice that my personal information had been hacked. I also have a complaint about how they process claims. The three times I have been forced to use their services I found that they direct **** the patient on the day of service which does not allow the insurance carrier time to process the claim.In one instance I was billed the full amount for their tech's service for an on the job injury. OAG then billed the employer and the employer's insurance company. OAG continues to **** me for a claim that was covered by insurance - for the full amount.They are not a very honorable organization.Review from mary b

i received a letter supposedly from this group stating patient info had been compromised in a hack july 2021. Trying to verify the authenticity of the letter, i found both local and 800 numbers disconnected so believe this letter to be a scam. No way to verify this company.Review from J F

They have outdated security measures resulting in our children's security and identity being leaked. They waited 3 months to tell the *** and now over a year later there letting us know. This is unacceptable and they deserve less than one star.
