I have never been treated so poorly ever. Not once ever. EVER. I ordered nearly 15k in parts, FOR A CUSTOMER NONE THE ***** to have them s**** up nearly ALL aspects. This order was in October, 2021. It is 1 week out of DECEMBER now.... i called to find out about our 5k engine management system. They never ordered it. The took my money, made up story after story, and I still have no products. AND STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY. Don't get ripped off by Chief Aircraft like I did. Not only did I get ripped off, I look like a fool to a big customer who was expecting their ********************** to be finished. Chief talks a good game, claimed they didn't like the address, despite they sent all my other parts there, and despite it IS LISTED AS MY SHIPPING address on my credit card. They made up excuses before how they needed the ACTUAL POH out of the aircraft. Maybe they don't have the money to order my parts, or maybe its in**mpetence, I really don't know. They have ONE asset only, that is ***** who isn't apparently even in sales. After 19 emails that chief claims they didn't get, (despite **pying myself on them), ***** provided her personal gmail address to see if it was an issue. 19 emails. Not only did they claim they didn't get any, somehow they charged my credit card from them.... and I have read receipts from them. It is all a make believe story and I cannot fathom why?? Why steal a customers money, never **mmunicate if there is an issue, and refuse to send the parts? I have NEVER left a review, EVER, good or bad anywhere, I just haven't the time and I really don't care, but I want to WARN ANYONE that is looking at large purchases to STAY AWAY! This **mpany used to be good. They are a NIGHTMARE NOW. Go to Sarasota Avionics or Aircraft Spruce, ANYONE is better. And if ************************* answers the phone at Chief, hang up before she steals your money too. It is one thing to have an order go south, it can happen, I understand that. This woman is the antichrist. No ac**untability, no knowledge or acceptance of facts, and is just incredibly rude on top of it all. Of the parts we did get, get we got damaged parts that I eventually just called and explained everything to the manufacturer and they replaced it, allowing us to bypass chief altogether. Save yourself headache, there are too many GOOD **mpanies out there, Chief is a write-off.... don't give them your credit card. Yes, my credit card ** will refund it, but I cannot get back the 2 months of lies and nonsense. This **st me WAY more than the 12 or 13k they ripped off. Don't be me.... buy elsewhere. Thanks.
