I bought a ****** juke from Carmart *********. It has been in shop 12 times, then kept it almost 2 months to get it back and drive it 18 days to be broke down again. They keep giving me a run around, wanting their money for car payment; have put me in a financial hardship because I cannot work, not having a car that won't break down. Promises are always said and never kept. The car is ****, and instead of doing something else, they continue to fix a car that continues to break down.Review from Pamela H

We where buying a truck from them and there half fixed the problem it had electric issues and they still want us to drive it and pay it. We refused to pay the payments so they came and got it but they where told not to be a employee out to the land where the truck was located and they bought that person out to the land and the person drive the truck away knowing full well he isn't allowed on the land.Review from Selina D

This location is a franchise of ********* Car Mart. After emails and phone conversations with corporate and conversation with the location promises that were made were not kept. An issue that was known prior to the sales o the vehicle cannot be fixed on the weekend or an estimate of time it will take to miss work. Wanted to register a car in home state, but home state rejected the request. As this location from which the used vehicle was purchased for assistance in registering in ********. No real direction was provided. Requested another 30-day tag until the vehicle could be registered in OK. Still not assistance. Let me miss a payment, the won't want the car back, but will ping my credit. There are no lemon laws in ******** for used vehicles. My most poor choice so far in 2022. Please do your homework before moving forward with the purchase.
