Our doctor's ****** used to be nice. It used to be easy to make an appointment and get my son's prescriptions filled, but they were bought out by this "company." DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! This is the worst run place I have ever seen. When you call, you go to a call center in *** instead of the ****** you were attempting to call. They claim they will call you back "within 30 minutes of leaving a message" and that's a lie. I had to call multiple times to get my son an appointment, then I had to walk in in person to get them to fill my son's prescription he needed IN ORDER TO BREATHE.I called the number MULTIPLE times over the course of a solid week trying to get his script refilled and they just put me on hold. I called MULTIPLE times to speak with a manager or supervisor about this issue and they just put me on hold forever until they finally pick back up and say "Sorry, there aren't any supervisors who can take your call." You can't email them. You can't call another number. All you can do is be at the mercy of their receptionists who don't care at all about your child. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS RUNS LIKE THIS? Do yourself a favor and find literally ANY OTHER DOCTOR'S ****** for your kid. I certainly will be.
