I called Roto Rooter 22 Mar 24 to come snake our plumbing in our home. The price was $250.00 for the first hour, the man ****** came out and seem like he had no ideal or experience in what he was doing. He stated something was stuck in the lines and he would show us once he gto the problem solved. He never showed us anything he found then he charged us another $184.00 for a second hour, most of both hours he was sitting or standing around doing nothing for wasted minutes at a time. While on the clock for hour 2 he sat in our house for nearly 20 minutes filling out waiver forms which we did not sign because we didn't feel the problem was fixed. We called the office and the manager **** said he would get back with us in a couple of day which he NEVER did, so we called again and it had been approximately 8 days and the problem was not fixed so we went with another company and they fixed our problem. We would love to have at least the $184.00 back because it should have been ONLY an hour if the guy had known and did his job correctly. WE will NEVER use this company again in the future.
