We hired them to renovate an old barn for our business, paint and facelift an old shed, install a septic system, a water main, run electric, build some wood platforms and also build a 2 car garage on our property. We have over $25,000 in repairs (and climbing daily) to perform from mistakes their subs made during construction. Electric wasnt run properly at the permanent pole and was never fixed. Sheet metal installed and overlapped incorrectly on both buildings. Electric was installed incorrectly on the gift shop renovation and they left a giant whole on the front of my building because they didnt feel like replacing the metal. Framing on garage was installed so poorly that the garage door crumpled up and broke the 3rd time I opened it. Other issues about garage framing not even addressed yet because we still never got the door framing resolved. They left us stranded without water when our meter was upgraded. We had to hire a last minute tile company the week of our grand opening because their painters DESTROYED my floors, glued thousands of dollars of furniture to the concrete, didnt reimburse me for their damage and then they made me pay for it to get redone! (pictures of us having to leave thousands of dollars of furniture and merchandise outside while they fixed the floor damage on our dime) The painter they hired for our floors didnt bother to move my furniture out of the building though we were told theyd take care of itthe floors were partially sealed you can see entire areas they didnt even do it! They didnt prep the floors properly before sealing it and sealed in all the construction debris and dirt from the entire project into the floors! Character limits my review so I cant describe all the other work they did incorrectly. All I can I say is RUN! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They have zero integrity and will not make things right!
