On July 25th at 3:51pm I returned a phone call from National Bureau of Collection regarding unresolved fines out of Muskogee County. The voicemail I receive was aggressive in nature and I honestly couldn’t believe this was a real company. Bruce ****’s mental health is a concern and he should not be allowed to make phone calls in the name of being a “liaison”. He incites negative responses through sheer malice in tone. He has no right to call people as if he is owed anything. That is not how collections work in the slightest and this company should be ashamed of having such employee. It’s disgusting behavior and unnecessary when people already deal with their own life. I understand the concept of the company but everything is not for everyone and making collection calls is not for Bruce ****. I also understand it is my fault that he had to make the phone call but in no way, shape or form does that give anyone the right to speak with such authority over the matter like he is owed personally. I can make the assumption that Bruce **** does this quite often and I also believe he thinks he’s doing a good job. Bruce **** comes off as someone seeking to sabotage and I do not feel safe with that man having access to information about me.
