No stars for this Company. They have a list of so called preferred contractors. We used this preferred contractor MCL and he didn't do the correct work for the foundation. We kept telling our building consultant, this is not done correctly because huge cracks had immediately showed up. The UBuildIt consultant said, OH that just happens in construction"? After house was framed and roof on, the foundation started to Crack even more. We had insurance come out and they sent an forensic engineer to look at rhe damage. And we were right the whole time, foundation was done incorrect from the start. UBuildIt said that it was our fault we used that preferred contractor they claimed does wonderful work! Do not use this Company, they don't care about you, you're just a number er to them. Worst thing we ever did and have a house that can't be finished. Way to go UBuildIt OKC, thanks for destroying our dream home instead of helping build it.Review from O.c. F.

12-21-19 I met with ****** $3000 down I put For a blue prints $2000 they said the house would take over $21800 To build its **** square-foot house bank only finance ******* they said they can only build a **** square-foot house for that price. I did not agree with that so I asked for the Blueprints to be returned or the $2000 havent gotten a response 60 days.Review from Keven S.

They are a bunch of con artist that tell you one thing and do whatever they want. I'm currently working with them to build my house they never confirmed the plans and when I said that they weren't the plans I wanted they continued to build the wrong plans. I told them I didn't want a white tile they installed it anyway. The dryer exhaust is 3 ft from the outer wall they sent it out the roof. They had outside doors on for months and they didn't install the knobs. So I went to install them they didn't hang the doors right. They want me to pay for tile that I never approved. They have been buying the cheapest supplies that is for sale. I've asked for the budget and the invoices. They tell me you don't get to see them. I strongly encourage you not to use them.100% disabled veteran"
