The charges are outrages! You get charged for the account, charged to pay your bills, charged if there is less than $75 in the account, charged $30 per account if you close within 6 months. Overdraft (even though I have good credit ), another $25. Now I must put $150 back in there and make sure I include the monthly fees until I get to the 6 months ***** This is crazy! Worst bank EVER!

The Personal Checking Account waives the monthly service fee of $4.95 if the daily balance stays above $75. All checking accounts come with telephone banking, notary service, online banking (with enrollment), VISA debit card, and eStatements (upon enrollment). The $6 fee incurred on the account was for an additional service called Online BillPay. This service is provided for the first 3 months at no cost. A notice is provided via email to advise the trial period is ending to provide the opportunity to cancel if not interested. A request to cancel was not received. This service has now been cancelled and two monthly fees have been refunded as a courtesy. Overdraft Protection can only be placed on an account when a customer completes an application requesting this service. We have your signed application on file. Anytime a transaction finalizes while the account is overdrawn, a fee of $25 is assessed for each transaction. This is an optional service and may be removed at any time. We have refunded the one overdraft item fee billed as a one-time customer courtesy. There is a $30 fee to close the account early within the first 6 months. This fee, along with all others, is disclosed at the time of account opening.

Deposited a check from Insurance company that wasnt endorsed on the back and the teller didnt catch it. Had to drive in to town the following day to sign, which I did. The following day the check did not appear on my account. Contacted the bank and now they can no longer find the check and my bank account is over drawn because the LOST the check. They basically said too bad!!

Because the payor requested the check be charged back and returned to them for a missing endorsement, the May 15th deposit was reversed from the account on May 17th. Since we cannot reprocess the original deposited item, a substitute check was created and mailed to the address we have on file to collect the missing endorsement and complete a new deposit into the account. Since the substitute check had been mailed out, we were unable to process a new deposit when you visited our branch on May 19th. At your request, your account has been closed. We apologize for the misunderstanding if we did not clearly explain the process and are sorry that we were not able to meet your banking needs.
