On June 27th I went to Bens Auto Sales making my payment on my car that Ive had for the last years. This payment was 3rd to last payment on my ***** Equinox 2013. ******** one of the salesman said youre almost done paying your car off would you like to trade it in for something. I replied well it has been making a noise Im not not sure whats wrong with it. He then called the manager *** over and let him know shes almost done paying her car off can we get her in something else. *** said yes go and look at the lot and come back and let me know what you like. I test drove about 5-7 cars finally deciding on a Chrysler 300s 2015. I went back and forth on the decision and he guaranteed me there was nothing wrong with car at all. while signing paperwork he told the mechanic to go and look at the look and check it make sure everything is working and good. I signed the paper and my fianc signed as a co-signer, less than 24 hours later it was jerking and making a really loud noise. I called *** and explained everything to him he said bring in and theyll look at it. He said the shocks needed to be replaced the A/C needed to be redone and the horn was not working. He stated the that parts wouldnt come in until July 5th and said Id be okay to drive to work. I continue to do so and that Friday June 30th as Im leaving to go to work it wouldnt start at all. I called **** and ******** answered i explained everything to him and I asked them to have it towed back there to which he said they dont do that, Id have to have it towed there. Also that they were closed on Sunday and since July 4th is coming up no one could fix it until July 5th. I asked for a loaner car to which he then stated they dont do that either. Well on July 5th I had it towed to the dealer, and expressed to *** that Id been out of work due to me not being able to get there and that I cant make a payment if I dont have car he then gave me a loaner car. I drove the car and as Im driving its shaking.
