My 89 year old father ordered the DiabaSens a while ago and liked it so when his supply was getting low he reordered it. The first time he used the new stuff it burned his skin so he called the company and asked about it, he was told it was a new formula which now contained cayenne pepper. He can't stand the burn so was hoping to return it but they said if he did, he would be responsible for the cost of shipping and because it has been 5 months since he ordered it he would get no refund. It's no wonder they have such bad reviews.Review from Mac

I have tried their Neuriterx cream that they brag about and is very disappointed! Relief in 15 minutes is a big BS! If you get any relief at all!And please make sure you wash your hands several times after use! It sticks to your hands for hours and ***** like h*** if You should touch your eyes or mouth!This is nasty stuff so use with care!Review from Jeff B

The product that I bought was totally ineffective. I might as well have taken candy- at least then I would have saved a lot of money. I was unable to get a refund and was on hold for a period of time. These guys are ruthless, shameless snake-oil salespeople. Stay away from these guys unless you want to throw away your money, time and dignity.

horrible,rude ,unhelpful customer service.I ordered Apeaz Arthritis Cream for my 92 yr old Mother who loves the product and relies on it immensely .It was shipped out Canada Post who has lost the package .I called to see if i could get this rectified and the agent said there is nothing they could do .I am out $80 and my Mom has no pain relief.THANKS FOR NOTHING INNOVUS .
