Ive been struggling with weight loss for a bit since moving to ***** and I couldnt have been happier when I was told to contact CHRISTIE. She is the by far the most amazing trainer and thats after Ive spoken to a few other trainers both in ********** and *****. She makes sure that you understand the exercises and creates meal plans for you with the foods you like instead of giving you the generic chicken and rice for every meal. I actually enjoy cooking and meal prepping now which Ive always hated doing in the past. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and will switch things up if you hit a wall. I will say that you need stay consistent and you will see improvement! And she tells everyone that and its so true! Changes wont happen over night but you can definitely feel the change and see it yourself when you take yourself and the work she puts in to help you reach your goals seriously. Im so thankful for her and everything shes done and continues to do for not only me but everyone else too. Shes more than a trainer shes a friend and someone to look up too. THANK YOU CHRISTIE!!!

Ive been working with Christie for about a year. She is a great trainer, responsive to issues or concerns that come up, and has an intuitive knowledge of what her clients need to reach their goals. Christie is easily the best trainer/ coach I have ever worked with. I’m just over a year of training I have completely transformed my physical and mental state! I feel confident and equipped to make the right choices for myself and my family. Christie has tailored both a food and exercise program that fits my needs perfectly. So grateful for her!
