I purchased a 2018 dodge ram flatbed truck from the Carz Planet on 10/10/2021. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked (and had a witness with me) if there were any mechanical problems with the vehicle or any damages. An associate said "there are no mechanical problems as it is in perfect condition, we get all of our trucks inspected at our mechanic" The moment I got the vehicle home I noticed there was an oil leak out of the vehicle crankcase ($4,000 repair), the flatbed was broken (harming the structure of the vehicle), and there was not a cabin air filter in the vehicle which caused blockage to the heater core of the vehicle, other "fancy" things did not work such as some electrical components like the back-up camera. None of this was disclosed to me and when I asked if there were any mechanical problems with the vehicle I was responded with a no, it's in PERFECT condition. I feel this is fraudulent and I was lied to and now have had to spend a lot of money on a vehicle I bought for $55,000. I kindly talked with Carx Planet to see what they could do to help me seeing as they sold me a vehicle that was not as described and frauded me into purchasing. They refused to help pay for any of the repairs. The end goal... I'm would love to get my money back and give the truck back due to it being a fraudulent sale. This seems like an unrealistic goal but I feel as I got lied to about the product and taken advantage of. I did sign a sold "as is" form but was also lied to about its condition which I believe is fraud.
