I was recommended to this business for my kitchen remodel. The office manager was helpful and answered my questions about the install and process. When checking my invoice for the ****, I noticed they were charging me for two slabs of quartz not the one and one half that was needed. I called this to their attention and they corrected this. On the day on the install, I was happy with the contractor they sent and the work he did. Since he suggested I had left over material I should use this for the backsplash. He called the company and gave them the measurements and they said I had enough material to do the job. Great. The problem and reoccurring problem and delay is... I still do not have the backsplash installed and the job finished. It's been over 3 weeks. No one answers the phones and you cannot leave a message. I emailed the company and asked for a call back, no response, still no response. I finally got through to the office and the wife answered the phone. (New office manager) I asked her when would someone be out to finish the job? If I did not get it resolved by the end of the week, I want my money back. The next day, an employee called and said he would come to install the backsplash. He did not show up until 8:30 pm. He did not have the correct measurements and size of the quartz to complete the job and said he would return the next day and finish it. Well the next day past and I am still waiting with no calls from the company. **These guys have horrible customer service. No calls, no follow up. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone! I am still trying to reach the office today and there is no response, so I will be driving over there to see them in person.
