If you’re searching for a company to plan your beach wedding I highly recommend PCW Weddings. I called with little to no idea of how to make a wedding on the beach happen and Susan patiently took me through everything. You literally set a date, get your marriage license and she can take you through the rest. If you have a question, I guarantee she’ll have the answer. You can send her a picture of your bouquet and you’ll be amazed at how well she can match your wedding colors to it. Everything about the wedding was simple and stress free. Anything you need, any questions or concerns you have, just call. From beginning to end they have everything covered. On a more personal note directly to you Susan. I can’t begin to thank you enough for helping arrange my nephews surprise vacation wedding for his (now wife) Hailey. I was so concerned because he was counting on me to plan their beautiful beach wedding. You eased my mind and helped me plan everything. You were always only a phone call away and you are so personable, it’s like I’ve known you forever. You were so easy to talk to and figure things out with. I literally called you up starting from scratch and you took so much pressure off of my shoulder’s. You’re amazing! You have the most professional, nicest folks that provide your services also. The photographer took amazing pictures! I brought my camera but didn’t even have to use it! Everything was photographed from beginning to end. The minister you provided for their wedding was wonderful as well. He was very kind and we deeply appreciate his prayers over the wedding and then there’s Jesse, that girl has it all under control! Mother Nature even contributed that day to a perfect sunset. All in all, I wouldn’t have done anything different. My niece and nephew have wonderful memories and photos of the day. They’re so happy I called you :) Put your wedding in the hands of PCW Weddings. You won’t be disappointed. Susan is absolutely the best!

If you want a headache free beach wedding in Panama City, FL where all you do is show up, then you will not go wrong with Panama City Beach Weddings! My daughter was getting ready to graduate from medical school and we needed to switch our venue last minute due to the pandemic. I called several places in Florida and left many messages. I called Panama City Weddings and ***** actually answered the phone. We spoke for over 30 minutes. It was during that phone call I knew this was the correct fit for my daughter's beach wedding. ***** had just received notice of a cancellation for the date that we were originally planning. From that point on it was smooth sailing.

Communication was excellent. ***** would respond quickly to phone calls, emails and/or texts. All of my questions were answered thoroughly! We discussed package options, number of expected guests, wedding colors, music, and ***** and her team did the rest. She also gave us a list of preferred vendors/referrals for various options or additions. Our officiant and photographer were amazing! The officiant took time to speak with the bride and groom to personalize the wedding. The photographer was incredible. She played off the bride and groom and was able to capture the moment and let their personality shine through. Pelli (hairdresser & makeup artist) was highly recommend and she is a true professional.

Overall, this process was amazing and stress free. I loved that they handled everything! You choose the fun stuff, music, decor, etc. and PCW coordinates to secure the officiant, photographer, the venue, rakes the beach and decorates. They also set up and tear down your wedding, all you have to do is show up! They were all so organized, enthusiastic and generally excited for the event.

We loved the sunset ceremony on Panama City Beach. It's was perfect! Being stress free, all we had to do was show up and enjoy a breathtaking sunset wedding by the ocean.
