              On June1st, I made a reservation at this hotel for a stay that was to be from 8/14 thru 8/21. My family and I arrived on 8/14, and found the room in less than satisfactory condition. The celling was leaking. I went downstairs to speak with reception, they moved us to another room. That room the door frame was damaged, as if someone had tried to kick it in. I went back to reception and they then moved us to an adjacent property several hundred feet away. That room reeked from marijuana smoke and bathroom was not in suitable condition. Being that it was soo late in the day, we had no choice except to spend the night at that room. Next morning I went to reception desk to ask for a refund. They agreed to refund me the money which was $1287.11 per Tay (Hotel manager). As of this date nothing was refunded to my credit card. I had spoken with Tay several times and even have an e-mail stating that she's authorized the refund. Yet nothing was refunded,

              I normally don't leave bad reviews about a business I do understand we're right now going through a bad situation but this place needs to get inspected not only place it self in a bad shape condition wise but if they can't have afternoon Hours they need to do something else than hosting people I will star with things here that don't work for example A/C, TOILETS, SHOWER broken very dirty place and when you go to customer service after 11 pm there is no one to assist you at the office I have never seen a place where they closed at a 11 pm for customers no one answering the phone when you need them if I have to chance to leaves -5 star I will do it by the way am still waiting for my refund from this place very unprofessional.

              Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I do regret that you did not completely enjoy your stay. While I agree we are an older classic Florida hotel with a lot of original charm, we also to strive for excellent customer service. I do regret you did not make us aware of your concerns so we could correct any problem you might have had. Again, thank you for your comment and I do hope you consider staying at our classic old Florida Beachfront Hotel in the future,
