We built a home with Adams Homes in 2006. Now we were just told that the cabinet doors and cabinets drawers in our kitchen as wells as the master bathroom are smaller than they should have been and they were re-surfaced. But in the kitchen there are some cabinet doors and cabinets drawers that are regular size. And the two smaller bathroom vanity doors are regular size. These should be all the same throughout the house. We hadn't notice this before. But decided to check out our neighbors house and the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers are the same which are regular size; as well as in the bathroom vanities. Buyer's be aware!!!! This is the worse purchase decision I made when I bought my house from Adams Homes. A new built house with so many issues not even a year after. Cheap materials, fissures, cracks everywhere. Worse warranty ever. Not even a paint in the house. The list goes on. I would never recommend anyone to buy from Adams home. I’ll report that company for sure. The city superintendents need to take actions when inspecting these homes so many violations.Review from Pavlo H

never ever buy a house from this company. this is the worst developer. the materials are the cheapest. the coloring is terrible. the walls are curved. their warranty does not work. they lie about the final level certificate (if the house is in a flat zone). do not break your life and save your nervesReview from Sebastian C

This builder have been stealing my energy since I moved in, it’s been around 5 months and these folks stated that they are not responsible for this action that they are still committing, I also have a list of outstanding repairs brought to warranty already and have yet to be resolved since I moved inReview from Kimberly M

Brand new house and we lived in it for 2 months before we learned they never connected the septic to electricity. Things in the home need repair that shouldn’t and we haven’t even been in it a year. I lived in a second hand home for 6yrs and never needed the repairs this needs less than a year. They are refusing to repair items as I’m told it’s home maintenance - yeah maybe after 2yrs not less than that.Review from paul a

I bought a Adams home in November 2022. The tell you within a year they will fix any settling cracks in the drywall and the grout. My chase celing cracked all the way around it took them a year to come out and fix the cracks. The fixed them but are telling me now I have to paint the repairs they did. I would suggest not to buy a hour from Adams they are full of **** and lie to get you to buy their homes.Review from jason e

Brand new house faulty AC unit . Finally almost 2 years later got our guy out found a hole in the line where a nail was drivin in while building . After attempting to call Adam’s homes multiply times they finally decide to do me a “favor” and pay to get it fixed. Said they would reach out about reimbursement for all the money I spent prior for two summers getting the AC to work temporarily. Now they are ignoring me won’t return my calls did not give us a proper warrant will not reimburse us even though 1 week after we moved in the heat was not working. Hvac guy says we basically have a 10 year old unit it’s run so much! We haven’t even been here two years. Heat still doesn’t work properly we will ProAbly end up paying for a new unit and Adam’s homes doesn’t care because they don’t care about quality work. Do not build with this company it’s not worth it.
