      I ordered 4 barstools in January. It is now June and still having issues with damaged furniture. First delivery one stool was broken three were chipped or scratched. Second time delivered three not put together correctly and one didn't come in because hardware not in the box. Delivery person said it was reordered. Told to keep one of the original damaged stools. June fellows came, different company, to fix stools. They redid and I thought spray painted the legs that were scratched. Chairs put together correctly but didn't know anything about the one barstool. Called the store and customer service and the restore people who don't seem to know anything about the one barstool and the fixed ones are still scratched. I have texted young lady in Customer Service who said would get back with me. It's been a week and have heard nothing. Called store and told me to get with the young lady who works the Customer Care or Service. Called repair service company and they didn't know. Was told to call the store or customer service. One person I spoke with said he couldn't give out that information. I feel like they think I am making this up or being picky. I am at a loss. I wanted the chairs but for 530.00 a piece I want them not to be chipped. I don't think that is asking too much One star is was too high. I wish I could say something nice. I just want good furniture that isn't scratched dented.

      We ordered a sectional in July. We understood that it would be a wait. It was delivered December 21 at 7pm. I texted with Indie and Jessica. It came in so mis-sown that the velcro below would not hold. 2 end recliners are broken and they don't hook together. They sent a tech for repair and it took another 2 months and then another 2 months for a lawyer to contact me and send the report. It calls me picky. After spending $16,000, I want it to work right and be safe. I contacted Indie the night it was delivered to return it. I put a stop payment on the transaction, which the bank eventually closed because we still had the furniture. It's a mess. No follow-up on repairs and no return accepted in the 4 days the contract terms said we could return it. Now I'm dealing with their lawyer.

      We ordered two recliners on 7/3/2021 and haven't got it yet, and today is 05/01/2022. We were told it would take four months to make them which supposed be ready around 11/3/202. But we didn't get any updates from the saleswoman who's name is Indi Fratarcangelo.. So we went to the store to check out the status every two months after 11/03/2021. Every time when we saw Indi who always told us would be ready next month but didn't happened. On April 3th she finally promised guaranteed us wrote a note down that we will get the two chairs before the end of the month (April). But Still no phone call or any contact from her. It is almost for a year waiting for two recliners. We even made a complaint to the Lazy Boys' headquarter but nobody care and responded us back, it seems like this company has dead.

      Please do NOT order Lazyboy furniture and sign a contract. It will not ship to you in a timely manner. Their restocking fees are a trap!!! Don't get caught in their trap!
