I saw that this company sells houses. I decided to use their services. They beautifully painted that they have many customers all over the USA and that they sell houses very quickly. The price of the house was negotiated and they said they would be able to sell for this stated price. For 2 weeks they hardly made contact, I had to write and write to them several times. I sent them a client from Facebook, which they didn't say anything about. After 3 weeks of absolute inactivity and loss of precious time, I decided to terminate the contract with them. After that, there were streams of long letters from them about my illiteracy and incompetence in the field of house sales. There was an absolutely negative aftertaste from working with this company.

This seller is not truthful. Against our recommendation, she insisted on listing her home much higher than the highest price per square foot in the area. We acquiesced and gave it a couple of weeks. Obviously, buyers have access to all of the data that agents do and there were no showings because the house was priced too high. The Facebook customer indeed contacted me and was only willing to offer $35,000 less than the asking price. I asked her to put it in writing and she refused because she was a first-time home buyer and her lender explained that the house would not appraise for the price at which it was listed, therefore, she was ineligible to purchase the home. That was the ONLY interest. I explained to the seller that if she wanted to sell the house, we needed to adjust the price to our original recommendation. Instead, she canceled the listing agreement and listed the house with another agent for the exact price we recommended. This seller also used to bid in our auctions (now banned for life), and always took issue with something or the other. They say that the best sale I ever did was the one I walked away from. Should have taken that advice to heart. As a Top Gun agent with millions in annual sales, it is unfortunate that a perennially dissatisfied person wishes to tarnish a good reputation. Says a lot about her lack of good character.

These are the streams of accusations poured on me after I decided to terminate the contract with them. And before that, they didn't have time to answer my questions. And I don't understand why you decided that I was your regular dissatisfied customer in auctions? This is something personal! And absolutely far-fetched!
