******************* from concept, options, design, communication, installation, clean up and final inspection with 3 orders - all new windows, all new doors, and kitchen remodel. Showroom team are talented, professional and work for the customer. The installation teams are second to none. They get it right the first time! We had a small hiccup that was immediately resolved with ***** personally visiting, apologizing and getting resolved on schedule. As the customer I had to communicate, listen and make sure they knew what I wanted, needed and expected. Highly recommend Windows Doors & More!Review from Jim E

I had ordered all windows patio door and storm door to be replaced in my home on 3-9-22. They came to my home in July to install the storm door. The door was not the one I ordered. So I had to wait close to 8 wks to get the correct door. Next the windows. They sent me a couple of guys for the installation which they would only put in a couple of hours to install 1 or two windows and than leave. This lasted a whole week. The installer damaged the wall where he was removing one of my old window. The sales person ********************* did not bother ton come to my house to assess the damage..They also took a wrong measurment of my master bedroom window. They came yesterday to install and remove the old when I noticed the window was again not the one I had ordered.. I called the store yesterday to speak to management or to ********************* and did not receive a call back. I waited from March to October 2022 to get all my doors and windows replaced and still waiting to have this job done..Review from Charles G

We had *********************************************** and more come to our home to access our house to do a renovation. ************************* a *********************************************** agent came to our home briefly went through our house. And then nothing. It has been over a month and we have not heard anything from them. We have called three times and we are always sent to voicemail and we never get a call back. ******** did a horrible deck job for me. Some unsafe issues were discovered when deck had to be redone a few years later. The deck was not installed per manufacturer. Thus, W. ****** could not blame these issues on the material. The deck had boards across the face of deck coming loose. They were not secured due to an improper structure behind boards. A makeshift structure was uncovered.Ceiling fans put in under the deck were done with inside wiring, no electrical boxes for fans. Wiring was just knotted. A ceiling fan fell a few months after installed. Stair stringers were rotted and were not replaced. They nailed square pieces to the sides of the stringers. Railing started coming loose from posts etc. etc. The deck cost me a lot of headaches and $$ to replace but glad I did because of the issues uncovered. Owner would not take any responsibility for all issues because he used outside contractors.Review from Joe H

Windows, Doors, and More has completed several projects for us in recent years. Most of WDM's employees and contractors perform excellent work and conduct themselves in an extremely professional manner. Some of them don't reach those high standards.Review from Brendan H

Horrible customer service, has been 6 months and our windows are still not done the way we were promised upon signing the contract.
