Beside the cost it wasn't that bad in and out quick so all the horrible reviews I read had to be angry customers being rude *****

They charged $440 to tow my son's pickup off of the toll road. They picked up the truck very early on July 3rd. I called by 10 am on July 3rd to come get the truck and was told the office was closed until Wednesday July 5th. My son went to get his truck on Wednesday July 5th and they charged 2 days of storage because they were not open!! Then find out they damaged the right rear tire on the truck. My son went back in to say something and they denied it and said he did it himself!!! Had to go straight to Bell Tire and get a new tire after getting ripped off by these people.. DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!

I called to transport a car that I PAID for, I acquired the ***** as well. Legally mine. I was trying to sell my car and the **** wagon who test drove the car left it at a 7-11after the fuel pump died. Minor inconvenience but it is what it is and I ended up giving the car to a friend in need for no money and decided to let him fix it.I told my friend I would pay for the tow. After contacting I kinda got the run around and uncertainly that they would take care of me. Im the end. The refused to tow the car because I had not registered the car. It was a long term project car. Why would I pay for registration if the car will sit for some time. I offered to show them that I have Thea ***** and all the keys. Told me they wont touch and good luck. I did not liken my time being wasted trying to set the tow up. It seems they have interest in the bigger and better paying jobs. Honestly I see all the bigger jobs they take on and its impressive. And the clean looking fleet. Just over all super disappointing and frustrating. J&M towing hooked me up.
