            They kept bumping prices like crazy, we never signed anything, and were told that it’s not like it’s coming out of our pocket it’s the insurance, when I pay my insurance monthly so yes it does come out of mine as well. They also cashed a check with my name on it of about $44,000 and I never signed it when we also had a agreement of payment plans, and the paper did not have a why or how much, it was just until all bill was paid off. They threatened me with legal actions when I was doing just what the contract was agreed on and I had to correct them most of the time because they couldn’t get it together. They also “accidentally” over charges me about $4,000 and I corrected them with that as well.. they admitted to fraud but never gave me no money back with fraud check. I got threats about taking me to court for fraud when I never cashed a check but only because they have money and we don’t I’m suppose to let it go!?

            I would definitely recommend Horner Roofing. They did a great job and the roof is beautiful. The crew works very hard and they clean up and try to keep everything neat. They did our house and shed and used magnets to clean up the staples and nails. Three different people went around the house and shed cleaning and two different people checked the roof after everything was finished to be sure everything was right. Thank you for the great job.
