Global Van lines LLC was contracted by Prosperity moving to move and deliver our belongings from ******* ** to ************* in July 2022. When they delivered our belongings on August 20 2023 half of our belongings were missing and most of the belongings that were delivered were damaged including a $1,000.00 flat screen tv and or totally destroyed causing us a loss of $10,000.00 we filed a claim with the movers insurance but never received any settlement payment which was agreed upon. After months of filing complaints with the federal government, the Attorney generals in all states connected with this move still nothing. Now the contracting company email and phone number are no longer in service. The Global drivers were seen dropping our boxes causing damage but claimed they werent responsible. Then they charged us an extra $400.00 because they had to use an elevator which our contract said would be no charge. They also wouldnt drive into our parking lot to deliver saying the truck would not fit when trucks larger than theirs are here all the time. This was the worst company ever.
