BEWARE of THE lifetime warranty! We replaced our window with KRAZ a few years ago. The heat loss was so bad in our home and the new windows saved our home so much.....BUT now the negative. One of the major reasons we went with Kraz was a referral, and the lifetime warranty. Below is direct from their website! WELL - all of our windows the seals broke within a year. We had to fight with KRAZ for replacement at no cost because the glass company went out of business. SORRY not my fault, I did not pick the glass company! They finally honored the guarantee.
