            I have been without heat since yesterday. I called ****** home solution on yesterday morning so they could send someone out as it is very cold in my house and outside. I was told to allow a four hour window which I did I never received a phone call from ******* *** *****. So I called four and a half hours later left a message no return call. Monday morning I call ****** home solution I finally received a call from the company. Spoke with *******. he state I need a part he went for the part at 10:43am it is now 1:50 he has not returned yet

            Prompt and friendly service. Technician was very thorough and helpful; explained the problem and solution in ******** language. Constantly kept apprised of appointment time; and when technician was able to get to me sooner notified me first. Also, called from outside of home as soon as he arrived. Furnace repair was made and is running well. Really pleased with *********************************************** Certified Heating and Cooling.
