I was VERY disappointed with my purchase, the small backpack in performance twill was not what I thought it would be, the color was off. What I was told was supposed to be a nice pink color actually ended up being more of a lavender (purple) color. I was looking for a pink color something more like my ballet way pink salt/blush Otterbox case, so you can see why I was disappointed. The colors called Hydrangea Pink. I must have read that wrong, and I didn't care for the inside design at all. I also didn't care much for the side pocket since it was actually a lot smaller than your traditional small backpack pockets in the cotton. This makes it harder to fit an iPhone with an otterbox case. Since getting my first **** bag, it is the only brand of bag or purse that I will buy. I've owned several **** bags since I was 11, but I've seen the quality and the company as a whole take a huge downhill in the last couple of years. I haven't been able to find any colors or patterns that are tasteful and in my style other than the Terra *******************, they've only gone and gotten rid of some of my favorite styles of bags and favorite patterns. In the end I returned the bag for another small backpack in the Terra ******************* since it's the only color and style I will use at the moment. **** as a whole could use some improvements in my opinion to both their designs, the company as a whole and they really should start listening to the customers. I hope to maybe find a crossbody in the Terra ******************* one day to help even the odds of me using my small backpack all of the time, but it may be awhile before I purchase another bag.Review from SJ B

I have used **** Bradley wallets forever because they CLAIM to be RFID protective. I never had any inclination that they didn't until recently when all my cards that I carry were compromised at once somehow. Including 2 that were never removed from my wallet since I put them in there. I was skimmed for almost $1,000.00 across several different cards by the same scam crew. I contacted **** Bradley after spending 3 days dealing with card companies and police hoping for some form of assistance with my apparently defective wallet to no avail. All the lady had to say was sorry bout your luck but you must have taken all your cards out of the wallet at once for them to have been skimmed like that. I'm a home body to begin with but who takes all of there cards out of their wallet at once in a public place? Not me! Don't trust the word of this company or the products to be what they claim.

I called into customer service. The wallet I purchased was at a retail store. It has a qr code but can't attach it. The SERIAL NUMBER is *************. All 11 cards in my wallet were compromised and had charges placed or had attempted charges. The CS rep told me that I must have taken all of my cards out of wallet at once for that to happen and refused to offer any assistance.
