      You cant beat the quality of polywood material for outdoor furniturebut, I ordered their $2500 hexagon picnic table and there was a number of issues! Washers didnt fit the bolts provided, the tool provided did not fit the bolts, and the holes (for all 4 seats!) did not line up with the crossbar legswhat a pain!! Really, we had to drill all sides to ************ took time to make them line up. When I reported the issues, I was told that I should have contacted them & waited for what response?? Sure, send me the lousy washers & a new tool, but how on earth would you address not being able to put the **** table together? What a pain in the a$$ that would have been to wait for who knows how long??

      I never received the order. Your company says delivered, I was home, ***** says delivered but I never received it. If I never actually received a product, meaning I never had possession and your company will do nothing about it, you are not a reputable company. I own a small business and we always cover these issues when this happens, our insurance covers it. So basically your company takes money from their consumers, offering zero value and assistance when these things happen. I ordered two chairs, and had planned to order 4 more in the spring. I am so disappointed in Polywood, others should know how you value your customers. This is unacceptable.

      Beware of squirrels. Scratching and chewing risks are not clearly disclosed. In fact, the furniture is marketed as having the ability to remain outside year round. Wish I covered mine in the winter months since the warranty does not cover the damage.

      I purchased a set of chairs with cushions. The cushions were made of a cheap burlap type fabric that collected mildew and dirt, and could not be washed. Also the seams were splitting after minimal use. I attempted to leave a review on their site and they refused to allow it and said I could repurchase cushions for $179 EACH. I said there was no way that I would pay their ridiculous prices for cheap cushions that were mildew magnets, I wanted my review published. They refused. This was the response, by a representative identified as ********: At our company, we have a process in place where we carefully review all submissions before publishing them, and we reserve the right to approve or deny our reviews.I am sorry to inform you that, after careful consideration, our administrator has decided not to publish your review. They refuse negative reviews so that customers won't know the actual problems with their inferiorly constructed, over-priced products.

      This spring I purchased a 3 seat sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman. A very expensive investment! So far I am very happy with the furniture except for the bottom of the legs. The ottoman is obviously going to be moved around and it is scratching my deck. I contacted customer service and their response was to put silicone covers on the bottom of the legs. For the price of their furniture, they should make the bottoms so they dont scratch.

      When it comes to things like leg glides or furniture felt pads, we want to make sure we provide you with the best advice. While we haven't put these items through extensive testing, we generally don't recommend them. However, if you're interested in using furniture felt pads, you can easily find them on third-party sites and replace them as needed. Just keep in mind that they are typically not made for outdoor use. As for leg glides, we advise against using anything that could potentially damage your furniture.

      To combat scratching, we actually suggest using outdoor rugs. They can be a great solution!

      Cushion covers have zero water repellant properties. Cushion covers suck up water like a sponge. As much as the consumer is charged per cushion wouldn't one think they could add a little water repellant to the covers? I'm extremely disappointed.

      Hello *******,

      Thanks for reaching out to us! While our furniture may be a bit more expensive than some other outdoor furniture options, it's an investment and one that will last for many years. We have the opportunity to take recycled HDPE materials, break them down and make them into plastic pellets. We then use these plastic pellets to extrude the lumber that we use to make the furniture. We do all of this at our facility in ************ so we're made in *******. We also have another manufacturing facility in **************.

      The lumber used to manufacture our furniture is weather resistant. It will withstand the weather from all four seasons such as hot sun, snowy *******, salt spray, and heavy winds.

      The color runs all the way through as well. Also, the lumber is extruded with UV inhibitors and stabilizers to protect it from harmful environmental degradation.

      There is a 20 year limited warranty that comes with the furniture. The lumber is warranted for 20 years not to splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot.

      Last but not least, our furniture is low maintenance so you never have to worry about sanding, staining, or painting. It also cleans easily with soap and water. Hope this helps!

      I bought two Presidential rockers two years ago. I live in Southern ******* and the chairs are outdoors. Several months ago one arm broke where in connects to the front uprights, pocket screws pulled through plastic. Yesterday the back of the other chair broke off at the connection joint of the arms. Very poor engineering, obvious weak point. I had high hopes for these chairs but am very disappointed.

      Horrendous delivery. They refused to deliver the furniture to my condo and simply left the 490lb pallet on the curb for me to bring in myself. I'm an 80 year old man...

      We ordered a 5 piece & a 3 piece Lakeview sets. Our custom furniture was delivered in exactly 2 weeks. Our Fed Ex freight delivery was efficient and my husband and I put together all 8 pieces in about 3 hours. All pieces, cushions, screws, & tools were intact in our order. The sets look amazing and are so comfortable. Im happy to support a sustainable company with a made in ******* base. We look forward to many years of use and will care for our furniture to keep it looking its best! Thanks for a great product. ??
