Just had **** come out to my house to service our 24 year old fireplace. The fireplace has not worked for 22 years. **** was excellent at explaining every step he took in getting the fireplace to light. Needed a good cleaning and to keep the pilot lite on at all times. I was mentioning that our custom sliding door had an issue being difficult to open. **** took pictures of the door and sent it to his door person at Home ******. **** went above and beyond his service to us. I will be recommending **** to everyone that that needs fireplace service. Thank you!!Review from Judy C

The gentleman from Home Lumber who cleaned my two fireplaces was excellent in all respects! He not only cleaned them perfectly, but taught me how to care for them all seasons of the year. I had never heard how to do that in the 7 years I owned the Majestic fireplaces. I know because of what I learned I will enjoy them that much more. The gentleman is enthusiastic and seems to truly enjoy what he does by helping me understand the functionality of my fireplaces. **** from HOME LUMBER is AMAZING! 5 STAR SERVICE! HE was on time. HE did an EXCELLENT JOB SERVICING, CLEANING and EXPLAINING how to take care of our fireplace in the future. Outstanding - from start to finish! The amazing crew (***, ***, *****) just installed a beautiful French door in my home; and I can't say enough about the quality workmanship and precision this team brought to the project. This crew doesn't believe in shortcuts. The outcome is perfect. From the onset, this company took my "vision" and made it happen. This is the 3rd major renovation this company and their teams have performed for me - 1st was an antiquated gas fireplace replaced with an updated version; and the 2nd a large patio door installed. I will definitely be contacting them for any future home projects I undertake. I highly recommend this company.
