On 21 Jan 22 i signed a contract to replace my hail damaged roof with continental roofing. ********************* assured me with his word,license, pictures and a ******************** certificate that I would be satisfied with his company. On 2/15/22 the roofers came out,replaced the roof and the next day I walked around to look at the roof. I noticed there were rumples in the roof,facial board was broken and a pipe sticking out of the rear of the shingles. I have called and and left test messages. ********************* said he was getting pics taken by ******* to see if the roof settled down. Next he consulted ***** his manager who called me and he told me to wait 3 or 4 months so the roof would get better. ***** then said it's my raffters then he said he would come out to see my attic. He then said the pics that ****** took prior looked like your roof looks now. Sounded as if he was grasping at any excuse to not be responsible for the faulty job that was done on my roof. On 1 Mar 22 ********************* came out looked at the roof and said human error was probably the problem for the roof and he would get it replaced when they started on the two houses up the street within one week and fix the other problems. On the 8 March ***************************************************************** the problem was my problem. He said the company would send an expert out. I haven't seen him. I have pics before and after and the problem was not there until they replaced the roof. I am wanting my front roof replaced,facial board fixed and the pipe removed form the rear shingles or my money back.
