I made the mistake of buying a GE Profile 4.8 cu. ft. capacity UltraFast Combo from ****** in July 2023. I noticed problems with the softener dispenser shortly after I purchased this appliance. I scheduled service and the Technician said that the dispenser that I am using is too thick to be dispensed so I changed to a thinner softener. This did not solve the problem so I scheduled service again. The Technician did not show on the day of the service, which was on 12/27/23 so I re-scheduled it to 1/3/24. The Technician did not show up again on 1/3/24. Yesterday, 1/4/24, I received an email stating that the Technician arrived but I was not home so my service my re-scheduled. I tried reaching out to GE to complain about these incidents but I can't reach someone who could address my issue.Review from Susan K

I bought a window unit in July 2021 which was rarely used. I purchased an extended warranty which only covers the control panel, and does not cover compressor or coils. Of course the compressor went out and they don't tell you that there are no parts available. Now after paying over $1000 to purchase and install, I now have to buy a whole new unit.
