      Yes I have a complaint for Bentley Hyundai on **************** in ****************** we had took our car to Bentley Hyundai approximately 3 months ago for a recall on the engine however Bentley Hyundai did not turn in any of our paperwork till after a month after our car was towed and then our claim was denied because Bentley Hyundai did not send in any of our maintenance records which they had and we have text from them that say that they were sending the maintenance records however when I called the main Hyundai corporation they said that the reason why the claim was denied is because we had no maintenance records which we had given to Bentley ***** now since our car's been there 3 months because of their mistake they're telling us that we have to get it off the lot by Monday or they're getting rid of it so what I would like to is a resolution resolution in this you know just just to get my engine and you know of course I have all my time being where I've had to pay for rides and and gas money yeah and and also I went two times by there and my car was not even there if I could pull up the video type of why they would be taking my car and using it for a personal use I would like to do that and also I have from the main Hyundai company the dates that Bentley Hyundai sent in our information which was a month later than we told in the car and the car claim was denied because of Bentley Hyundai not sending in our maintenance records and then they didn't bother to tell us that our car that it was denied till after a month after it was denied so by this time we could have already bought a $5,000 car no problem and then from **** at Bentley ***** she said and one email she said oh we had your maintenance records and then in the next email she sent do you have any do you have your maintenance records so I have all the text and I have all the paperwork to back up my claims and I am and I am pretty sure with the way that they've been to us we're going to go and survey the

      Bentley Hyundai over charged me for replacing a relay switch and an **** and Recharging of an AC unit. They said it took 2 hours to replace and I later on was told by another AC specialist that it takes under 1 hour. I sat in the lobby and watched them pull my car in the garage and then back out in 15 minutes to test drive it, park it and bring my keys in to me along with the old burnt relay switch. They were going to give me my car back without the **** and recharging even though it being over charged is what caused the relay switch to go. I told them my AC went out at around ****** miles and they were the ones that did that repair. Now at around ****** it was out again. Because it was ***** miles past the manufacturing warranty they were unable to Evac and recharge at their own cost. I went as high up the ladder as I could but kept getting shot down by everyone but **** Bentley himself. My anxiety had gotten too high which raised my heart rate and my blood pressure so I had to go to the emergency room. I was already dealing with my Aunt in ********* who had major surgery in May as I was her caregiver from 5/7/24 until 5/29/25. To getting back to ******* and my mom having brain surgery then a stroke. Those 2 incidents are out of my control as well as time consuming. I had no more time nor energy to keep trying to get this dealership to fix my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy at their cost. I bought it with only 60 miles on it, brand new as well as the Assurant Platinum extended warranty. I finally broke down and paid what they thought I owed them less the $200 the manufacturer gave me on a gift card. As a TBI survivor I had no more strength nor mental capacity to continue the fight. I needed my vehicle as soon as possible because I drive for transportation service and food delivery. As well as visiting my mom in the rehabilitation facility and getting her affairs in order.

      As this is my first car, I have had horrible experience with this dealership and not being able to communicate right. It was a used car a 2014 ********** Jetta SE with ******* mile (+), I paid up to ****** for the car. I have drove it a little over ***** which would put it little over *******. When I first bought the car they told me that that I was going to get my seat fixed and waited over a month in December to have it fixed then I still waited another month in January to get my car back in February. I bought the car on the 30 of November didnt come get the car till December 1 and now Towards the end of February it wont even start up.when I went to go get the checked I was told that the camshaft sensor was broken on the car so I went and bought the product to get it fixed and fixed it. Then the battery light came on and I went to spend another 300 dollars to get a new battery. I have tried calling and talking to the sales person that I bought the car from and was told that the manager would give me or my uncle a call and never got one. I called earlier today to get in touch with a sells-person manger and he had a bad attitude about the situation and didnt give me a reason on why its not in the 90 days of buying the car why couldnt I get it fixed. As I know that its a AS IS BUY, my car should not have been down for this long and have ****** drove the car. Now Im without a car and have no way to go to school or work. As a college student I thought I was getting a reliable car to finish out school and now I dont have a way to school and now my grades are depleting as the days go on without a car.

      In 60 years of dealing with car dealerships, I have never had poorer service, inadequate communications and out right lying by salespeople than I have had at Bentley Hyundai HSV AL ! I purchased my 2023 Santa Fe Hyundai 12/32/23. After several false sales pitches, I unfortunately believed the so-called "sales manager" that he would make it right. Unfortunately, I trusted him. I purchased the car and within 2 days the engine oil light came on. They told me to have the car towed to the dealership and they would look at it. I was livid. I had my AAA tow the car and they did give me a replacement car which ended up the same way! When the cars came in from the manufacturing plant, someone had forgotten to tighten the oil cap. Oil was everywhere on my engine. They did fix it and I continued with the car. Next problem was a bad tire. That was replaced. Contacting the service department is IMPOSSIBLE. You will finally get a call from someone 3 days after initiating the request for service only to find out they are 90 days out! They must have a lot of cars to fix! I have several problems with this car and I have to wait 90 DAYS! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

      I took my car in for a routine oil change. When I brought my car home the next morning as I pulled out for work, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called the service manager and he told me to bring it on back in and so I did. Later I heard back from the service department stating that my oil pan was cracked but they would not take responsibility for cracking it and I would be responsible for the 500+ dollars in repairs. The service managers excuse was that while I did not have an oil leak until I took my car to be serviced by Bentley Hyundai there was no way that he could tell if they are the ones who created the final crack, and that they were probably micro cracks that led up to the final crack. The fact is that I did not have an oil leak until I took my car to Bentley ***** and now I have an oil leak and they are refusing to cover the cost. I had to have my car towed away to be repaired somewhere else. Over at least a 10 day. I tried repeatedly and left several messages for the general manager there who has yet to return any of my calls.

      If I could leave lower than a one star review, I would do it. This dealership is shady. I went to get work done on my car work that I already knew I needed to get done. They ran a diagnostic anyway (standard procedure, I understand) and then proceeded to do other work on my car that I did not approve NOR did they tell me that they were going to do. They still charged me on top of that for the diagnostic, but still had not fixed the issue I originally came in for. They ordered the part that I needed and then set up another date for me to come in. During this second round of work, they once again proceeded to do work on the car that I did not approve, NOR did they tell me what was going on.. and I was waiting in the sitting room the whole time (which was put into my notes. The last time I went to work, so I didnt want any excuses to why they couldnt reach me). I ended up paying over 3 times the amount that they quoted and they did work on my car that I actually did not need. (I had a diagnostic run at a different place the week before, and they showed me everything that they saw and recommended I go to the dealership to fix the ONE issue). I shared my experience with a friend who said he had the same exact thing happen to him. I would not recommend going to this place unless you like bad attitudes, lack of communication, and work done on your car without approval.

      Warning……… Bentley Hyundai has questionable knowledge of Hyundai’s mechanical. I received a notice of recall of a anti-knock sensor reprogram. I made an appointment and waited for the repair. When I receive the car it immediately showed a ”Check engine light”. I immediately called them and made an appointment for the next morning for them to check out the error code. I waited two hours for them to check the code, only to have them come back to me saying It was a major problem on my intake manifold and repair would be over $1400. They denied responsibility for this and sent me on my way. When I arrived home, I decided to reprogram my Hyundai by disconnecting the battery. That took care of the check engine light. I feel they were out only to make money. Any mechanic, I believe, could have reset the code and done away with the check engine light. Therefore, I believe you should not except any explanations from Bentley Hyundai which would benefit Bentley Hyundai‘s dishonesty. Thank you for listening.?????
