We closed the on our house December 15th, 2021 and with our house comes a 1 year warranty for the house. We submitted our warranty claim on November 4th, 2022. They came out on November 14th, 2022 and we came to an agreement on what they would and would not fix. They told me they would get back to me on scheduling the people to come out and do the warranty work, but then I heard nothing from anyone. So I followed up on November 28th, 2022 on when they would be coming out, didn't hear anything back from them. I followed up three more times before getting a response from them on February 2nd, ********************************* and they would try to get us on the schedule soon to try and get all the work done within a two week timespan. I never heard anything from anyone again, so I followed up again on March 5th,2023, about when they would be coming out and they didn't respond till March 27th, 2023. I was told in this email that I should be getting contacted that week, and I never heard anything from anyone again about coming out to do any of the warranty work so I followed up again on March 31st, 2023. I followed up again on April 17th, 2023 and still have not had any response as to when they will have someone come out and complete the work. We are just wanting them to come out and do the agreed upon warranty work.
