This is the third time and definitely will be the last if I can help it. I was sold a tire package to protect my tires if they were damaged by basically anything. In the words of the manager that sold me the coverage " you can basically come in and get new tires every year if you want". Well to my surprise when I actually needed it they would not honor it. First thing they said was there was no metal in the tire well I had to patch the tire myself because when I found the screw they couldn't get me in for over a week later. Then they said the tread was to low. But if I blew the tire out in a pot hole or had a nail in the sidewall or the patch wouldn't hold air they would. So in other words almost impossible circumstances in my 20+ years driving I never blew a tire in a pot hole or had a nail in the sidewall of my tire thanks a lot for stealing 800 from your customer.
