    We purchased a new home back in December of 2021 and they got our dishwasher from *** wallace appliance. We started having issues immediately with our dishwasher being not installed properly and we couldnt use it at all. This was in January. We reached out again on september 14th because we started to have issues again where the dishwasher would not run it would start a cycle and stop mid way. We reported this to ****** homes who sent it to *** wallace appliance and since then we have had constant issues. They came out and just cleared error codes on our dishwasher and it worked for not long so we emailed again on september 29th because it was not functioning still and they came out again and tried to clear error codes and I explained to them that wouldnt fix it. So then they said we need a new control board so they brought us a new one on October 20th. Then it worked for a little bit and then stopped working again on November 5th. We requested they just replace the dishwasher and they kept trying to avoid just replacing and to continue to not fix the problem. Then we couldnt get a response or anyone to come out and service it now they wont come out until December 9th to according to our builder figure out what the problem is again and then send it to GE and then we can get a new dishwasher. We havent had a functioning dishwasher for months and its very infuriating that they keep prolonging this process when its clear that it just needs to be replaced. Please help us bring this to a solution sooner because this has been going on way to long.

    We have done business with *** Wallace Appliance for many years and are happy repeat customers. We first asked for sales rep ********************* a few years ago (based on recommendation of friends) when we needed to replace a refrigerator early in the pandemic (unfortunately when the supply chain issues began). He helped us find a refrigerator that was a perfect fit for our needs that would also require a relatively short wait time. We have returned to deal with ***** each time we need a major appliance based on his expertise with the products and his commitment to customer satisfaction. During the wait interval for the deliveries, each time he kept us informed on status. The subsequent coordination of delivery and installation is excellent - they are very professional, coordinate their arrival well and do a wonderful job. Recently our washer failed and we had to wait a couple weeks for the initial service call (which unfortunately has become common pretty much everywhere). The problem was diagnosed and their service department was able to locate a replacement part quickly and come back out the next morning to finish the repair!
