**************** is horrible. Installation is sub par and management lies to you instead of resolving the problem. Do not waste your money or time dealing with these people. Would of gave 0 stars if it would have let me.

Pella installed new windows in our house in 2017. In 2023 we contacted them to do the replacement on our sliding glass door that was not included in the 2017 installation. It took 4 months for them to get our door and the install was done in July. The inspection was to be called in the next day. It is the middle of September and our door still has not been inspected. The installer also damaged our floor when he put in the door. We have contacted Pella locally and in ******* numerous times about the damage and the lack of an inspection and keep getting told they will call to have the door inspected and will have a flooring company come do an estimate on the damage. But again, it is the middle of September and nothing. Pella was a good company to work with in 2017, but I would not recommend them to anyone today. The products are good, but the customer service is severely lacking.

Pella still hasn't gotten my broken screen to me. The installer would call the home office who told them it was there but needed to be picked up. From April to August we have not had that screen. Work is OK, not great. I have had better with much cheaper companies. One gent tried to install a screen upside down. They claimed Pella would do the work. It was subcontractors working for Pella. They had one guy tried to offer to paint my home afterwards. Measured wrong. Tried to force larger windows. Do not use Pella. Ever. High cost, low to no customer care. You can not call them when they claim they are open. I am now thinking about a lawyer. I am tired of this.

My first experience with Pella was ok. I had all my windows at my residence replaced. The work was ok at best and I still have circle imprints on my windows a year later after they had come out to try to remove the stains. The work done inside my window seals was not great but doable. I paid this company in total and they put (unknown to me) a lien on my property. When I obtained a loan through my bank I found that almost a year later the "temporary lien" was still held by Pella Windows Company. This has put a hold on my loan and when I contacted the accounting department, they were not helpful. I will admit I was heated during the conversation but who wouldn't be finding out there is a lien on their property when you paid the total amount for the job. The accountant provided me with a website to request the lien to be removed stating it would take 24 to 72 hours for them to look at. I asked her to provide me with a letter for my bank and her response was she didn't want to have to double her work. The accountant stated this is what is done when pulling permits and I informed her Pella was not the only work I had done at my property who also pulled permits. ***** company was the only one who still has a lien on my property. I do not recommend this company for windows because there was NO reason to place a lien on my property when I immediately paid the job off. The manager in accounting is unprofessional it is her company that made this mistake and she should take the steps to fix it. She said I have to fix the lien issues which is not right since I didn't place the lien on my property.
