Amazing company, professional every step of the way. I can't say enough about this company. The work was completed in 2 days, and the workmanship was top-notch! I am pleased to say that 5 stars aren't enough! Actually, 10 stars is more like it. I would highly recommend them!Review from ROSEMARIE H

Collis roofing just finished up another roofing project for one of our apartment communities, and as always, they did a fabulous job! They are professional, complete work as agreed upon in a neat and timely manner, and they have great communication. Everyone from sales, and office, to the workers on site, are working with you in an absolute professional manner. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them every time we have a need. Brand new tiles,total roof done 01/2022. Each and every tile was to be screwed in to the deck. This was never done, Now tiles have slid away .Supervisor ***** was never around to supervise the work. He never reinstalled the soffits and now Rodents have made nest in the attic. I had shown all the soffit openings to ***** and he didn't care.Tiles have discolored,for which I am dealing with the Boral tile. My contract says as told by the sales ***************** that each tile will be screwed on the deck. This was never done Now tiles are literally slid away and I can see the s**** hole on tiles. *********************** has been in touch. CEO didn't care to respond to my emails. This is after spending 73000.00$ on this re roof. They are not reliable and do a very poor quality and shabby work. Response from 2/1/23 #********. is my complaint . Senior supervisor ***** did visit my house and had **** fix the critter issues. Those openings were covered by wakaflex (They installed) that had fallen off. I thank him for fixing the critter problems..No plan to write review again,unless I have new issues such as tiles sliding and leaks in my 1 year old new Tile roof which costed me $73000.00.I think that ***** is an honest person willing to help, but my bad luck was that previous on Ste supervisor did not care. Contacted this company for leaks a year ago. They proceeded to replace our entire roof$$ and we still have the same leaks! They sent workers here July 2021 to view problems. Said they were busy until the end of August. We agreed to begin fix after the Labor Day holiday. We called & were told that inspector/employee was no longer with them. They needed a new inspection of problem. Showed same problems/leaks, was told they could fix them. Sept 22, 2021, they came to work on roof. They stopped and told us the entire roofs wooden edge was rotting. Showed us photos of the damage. We were told we needed to replace the wood & entire roof. Nov 22, 2021 they began job - did not finish till Nov 30, 2022. I have dated ************** of leaks and of the roofing project. We notified Collis that the roof was still leaking in 3 areas December 2021. Its now June 2022, they sent a worker to replace a bathroom vent they installed that was leaking. But not for the original leaks! Calls back & forth for months. Today I was informed the fix of these original leaks would be a billed fix! My *********** feel that weve been scammed.Collis Roofing, Inc. Response

The original request was for roof repairs, after evaluation it was determined that the roof was unrepairable and needed a full replacement. We were contracted to replace the entire shingle portion of your roof, and Line 11 under the scope of work it states the price does NOT include lanai roof elevations which is why youve received a **** for repairs. Collis has upheld our contractual obligations and have satisfied all warranty requests, such as replacing the vents. Weve also explained this to your husband yesterday as well, before sending out the estimate.
