I have been doing business with PIP Group (Platinum Investment Properties) for over nine years. During that time the team at PIP Group has helped me complete over one dozen successful real estate transactions, generating tens of thousands in profits for me. However, I think the transaction that speaks most to PIPs excellent customer service, is my most recent transaction, one that, to a certain extent, went a bit sideways.This transaction began as a typical fix and flip. However, when COVID hit, like a lot of other areas in the economy, we began to run into issues. The rehab of the property, with all of the permit red tape, took longer than is typical and costs were higher than expected. However, through the whole process, PIPs COO , *********************, and CEO, ************************* were in constant contact with me, even allowing me to text their cell phones. In the end, PIP ensured that I made an amazing return on my money, even to the point of costing them money. This kind of customer service is rare in todays market and speaks volumes to the integrity and dedication of the entire PIP team to making sure that the customer always comes out ahead.

I have been investing with the PIP group for just over two years now and have completed six projects. All but one has exceeded the initial profit projections and provded returns in excess of the 20%. On the one project that was not profitable, PIP stuck to thier word and provided us with a 20% return and obsorbed the loss. PIP has been a great investment avenue for us and I highly recommend them to any real estate investor.

My firm has been an investor with PIP for over 5 years now, having grown our portfolio with them annually to several million dollars. They've consistently performed, provided solid, open dialog, details upon request concerning continued capital outlays for improvements/fixes in preparation for selling underlying properties. Our continued growth is a function of success with reinvested capital for adding properties to our portfolio. These people are cheats, they purchased properties for us and admitted they were worthless parcels. They now won't even answer our emails or phone calls. We have unfortunatly been hung out to dry as they say. Horrible company, I truly feel bad for anyone that has chosen to deal with them.Zero integrity.....

We did not state you invested in worthless parcels. Investing in Illinois tax liens is not free of risk and no guarantees are given (written, or implied). Furthermore, Illinois has had one of the highest population attritions in the country. Customers are able to make their own decisions as to how they move forward. Our recommendations to not proceed (due to the current economic conditions of the state) was merely that - a recommendation.
