This review is for Werner ******* so I will leave it here and on the ******* portion since it was ran by the same company. The customer service starting from the schedulers to the General Manager is non existent. I do not live locally so trying to get an issue resolved that was cause by a mistake on the service center's part has been nothing but a nightmare to get fix. Honestly, I would be more understanding of the delays if there was ANY communication on their part. They DO NOT answer any customer calls or return any phone or email messages. 2 months later I refuse to deal with them anymore after they fail to pick up my care for a scheduled valet appointment which I tried for confirmed 2 days prior but surprise, surprise no show. I try to make an appointment with another dealership to find out they already billed ******* for the recall work on my vehicle that was not performed. How honest is that?Review from Keith W

Please don't spend money at this dealership. They don't follow up on warranty repairs or even call backs. If you do good luck. We've been waiting for a engine replacement for months. And we only have 88k miles on our car.Review from Rosario Q

They are the worse business I've ever had to deal with. It's been three months that I have been waiting on my warranty refund. They keep giving me the run around. I am still waiting for my check.Review from Jim M

Werner Hyundai charged me $6000 to replace the wiring harness in my new (**** miles) 2022 Hyundai ***** Fe Caligraphy. 7 months later, the wiring harness failed. ******* Hyundai said that the wiring harness was NOT replaced, but patches were made. They cut out the patches to prove that the wiring harness was not replaced. It cost me another $6000 to have it fixed.Werner Hyundai did not stand behind there service. The poor service from Werner Hyundai resulted in me loosing the use of my new car for over 3 months.Reaching out to the dealer and even filing a complaint with the **************** has not worked.Review from Donna G

I bought a jeep, gave a check for 15k and financed the balance on Nov 8th, 2023. Before we could drive home we had to turn back, the brakes locked up. They said it was repaired, drove home and front brakes were smoking, they came and got it left me a loaner. It is now Dec 6th. I still don't have my jeep. I am making payments on a car I still don't have. We have called so many times and no one will call us back. It was a big mistake to buy or do any business with them. I keep Getting the different stories from the sales person ****, the shop supervisor ****, and **** the head mechanic. Nobody will call me and tell me exactly what is going on with my jeep. This was the biggest mistake I have ever had.Review from Kalen J

This this the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I bought a brand new Genesis **** and within less than a year was having engine failure (I get things happen that is not what I am upset about) What I am upset about is the customer care I received. My car would go into limp mode which was not safe to drive to the dealership (an hour away from my home) I paid extra to have road side assistance, yet they could not find a driver to come get my car. After several days of not having a way to go I paid out of pocket to have the car delivered to be fixed. After 2 days I got a call saying my car was fixed & would be brought to me that day. Never received it. After calling multiple times I was finally told the car was not fixed & they would give me an update asap.. Days led to weeks which lead to months. 2 MONTHS without my car & NO answers. ******** care would not answer my calls, so I eventually had to show my face to get an answer. After getting my car back, fixed, I got rid of it. The service I received was not ok. Fast fwd 4 months and I am STILL having problems with them. I filed for a warranty refund over a month ago. The warranty company has completed their part and say they are waiting on the dealership. I still have yet to receive a phone call or a response via email from anyone. I am not sure how they can run a business with such poor service. I will NEVER recommend Werner to anyone. Biggest mistake and headache ever.Review from Christine R

I ordered a genisis g70 and ended up waiting 7 months to get it. When it arrived I was a bit confused because it didnt seem like what I had ordered. I assumed I had made a mistake but it was a lovely car so bought it. After arriving home I just wasnt satisfied with it and reached out to my sales person the very next morning. As fate would have it the car that I thought I was getting got delivered. So after only less than 24 hrs I returned to purchase the new veihicle. When the paperwork was finished I hadnt realized I wasnt given an exchange but used car value for the first car. It wasnt till about 10 months later that I shared the info with a retired lawyer friend of mine. She suggested that I reach out to the dealer ship for a refund. They advertise that they have a 3 day worry free exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. It states it is for new as well as used cars. I have now been waiting 1 month to get an answer. I have met in person with ***************************** who was to get back with me in about 3-4 days. I have had no response . I have left voice messages, text messages and emails. I feel my sales man ************************* took advantage of me as he then received commissions on the sale of 2 cars. Werner Hyundai needs to stand behind their advertisement of worry free exchange. I love my new car but although I will use them for service I will never purchase another vehicle from that dealership. Oh and the paperwork on the first car wasnt even the car I originally purchased. It had the wrong mileage as well as the wrong vin number BUYER BEWARE. As a single older female I now feel that they took huge advantage of me !!!!!Review from Kyia B

I purchased a 2017 elantra ECO in 2019 at the OP location, the dual transmission is terrible and they wouldn’t let me return the car. Fast forward I need a hose replaced because my car wouldn’t accelerate, and the Capital Circle location tells me there is a recall on the paint, pictures are taken and they start a claim. The lady I was speaking to said that because there is a recall Hyundia will repaint my car free of charge but it would take 2-4 week. So of course, I asked about a rental, she stated that they would not provide me with a rental nor reimburse me on a rental. I had 3 days to give her an answer. I depend on my car, I cannot afford to not have it, non the less pay for a rental for Long periods of time ESPECIALLY when I’m paying off this car. I called the OP location and the rep on service told me that wherever the claim was made, is who would provide the rental. My car is 6 years old and everyday the paint just chips away more and more. Sold me a broken car in April, car broke down in late May and they had it for two weeks then gave it back to me claiming nothing was wrong. I didnt even make it home (7.2 miles exactly) before it broke down again. Now theyve had the car for two months and refuse to contact me. I just want my car back and working.Review from Scott P

Werner Hyundai gets two stars, only because I like the car so far. I bought a 2019 Sonata from them in October of 2021. As part of the purchase agreement it came with a two year maintenance plan for routine maintenance. There is NO stipulation in the maintenance plan that it is by appointment only. There is nothing on the service department webpage or in the customer waiting area that stipulates that it is by appointment only. Nor is there anything stating that they will not accept drive up service customers after 1 pm. I have used the service plan twice. The first time without a hassle, the second time they 'lost' my car and only after waiting an hour and a half and finally checking with the service manager on duty did I finally get service. On 7/9/22 I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 1:25 pm and the attendant came out and said I would not be serviced as there was now a policy that no one without an appointment would be serviced after 1:00 pm. I live 45 miles away, so that is NOT the time to inform of this new policy. Today (7/16/22) I again returned. I mistook my appointment date (my bust) but arrived BEFORE 1 pm. The attendant and the service manager both refused me service and again cited this completely arbitrary policy. I reiterated that I arrived BEFORE 1 pm. The service manager said "It ain't gonna happen'. I was FURIOUS. And told him in unfortunately strong language that I'd never buy a vehicle from them again. He just smiled and walked away. Their service department is obviously overwhelmed and they are inventing unadvertised and arbitrary 'policies' to reduce workload. 1 pm is not the gold standard basically they can pick any time they want since it's not advertised or in writing ANYWHERE. It's a terrible business practice but they seem unconcerned. I complained after the first instance and the dealership never responded. I complained again today and expect a similar response. Buyer Beware.
