Before i towed my car to auto nation i called and spoke to someone about their repair schedule she said since your vehicle is inoperable i can escalate it bring it in so i did on april 26,2022. I gave them some time like 4 days trying to be understanding of others before me no response no update. This has been ongoing thru my entire 38 days of dealing with this business. I call no one answers the phone several times several numbers even my service advisors personal cell number no answer. anytime i want a update i have to travel the opposite direction from work to home to get a update must have been atleast ten times. 1st time car was deemed repaired and ready I came to pick it up paid thinking it was ready didnt think to test drive it 1st moved it one inch it died instantly i look under the hood there were one of three wires aloose this was the alternator pigtail repair that was supposed to be repaired im thinking what kind of professional ***** rig is this this is not the reason i brought my car here. I brought it here to have it repaired correctly by certified factory technicians. so they said we will take it in the back and repair it next i hear my computer is bad. I order one online took about delivered it to my service advisor that took two weeks to program. I get a call finally your cars repaired i come in pay again only to find now my airconditioner is blowing hot air which was working before i towed it in and my check engine light is now on which was not on before the tow. I think to myself i bring my car in to have it repaired now i get more repairs I feel i should get a 100% full refund or atleast 80% i should have not had to wait *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** **** i purchased a car from this dealer now i know why i should have never come back I feel like i was put off behind the back burner

********************** car came in with several replaced panels and bare wires at the alternator connector. Customer installed his own alternator before bringing the car to us. We recommend to replace the hard shell connector before we could diagnose the cause of his problem. We recommend a PCM and ****************** stated he was just going to junk the car. Two weeks later he shows up with a junkyard PCM which we installed and found it to be defective. He then purchased a new PCM which we installed and returned the vehicle to him. Several days later he came back with a check engine light on which was due to the car needing new gaskets.
