Buehler Air Conditioning I recently had the pleasure of working with Buehler Air Conditioning for my HVAC needs, I search them in the Better Business Bureau and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From their punctuality to the way they made me feel like family, this company exceeded all my expectations when it comes to honesty and integrity. First and foremost, I was impressed with Buehler Air Conditioning's promptness. Upon scheduling an appointment, Justin, the technician, ensured that he arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time. This level of punctuality is rare in the industry, and it greatly impressed me. Not only did it demonstrate their commitment to respecting their customers' time, but it also allowed me to plan my day accordingly without any inconvenience. Moreover, what truly stood out during my interaction with Justin was the warm and inviting atmosphere he created. From the moment Justin arrived, he immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Buehler recently installed a new heat pump system, and we were very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Everyone, from the individual who gave us the initial estimate to the installers, and the follow-up couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. It's refreshing to deal with people who know and care what they're doing.

Highly recommend! Called them for a quote to replace our AC and they tried to search for part to fix old one. **** took the time to explain the various options to us. Did not have the high pressure sales techniques of other companies that provided quotes. We have had them come back for additional work.
