Ordered a sectional with two recliners in January 2022, arrived in August 2022. Warranty was not honored. Recliners were not functioning properly. Repair man said it was a faulty design but tried to make it work. After the first fix, recliners were not sturdy. Store insisted we should pay repair man so we did but had to wait for a part for a make do solution. Again, we had to pay for the repair man’s visit. The make do solution resulted in a big gap between the recliners. The leather on the sectional showed unusual wrinkles forming ridges. The store said they sent photos to the manufacturer’s rep but while agreeing these wrinkles/ridges shouldn’t have happened they changed the tone and said these were normal. It turned out that they were not dealing with the manufacturer so gave me the contact info of the rep to call. His response was that they only deal with stores and not the stores’ customers. I was left with a sectional that had a design flaw and wrinkled leather with ridges. The store refused to fix the problems and refused to return the product. I was left hanging with a sub-par product. I’m demanding they pay me back the costs of the repairs out of pocket and assume responsibility to fix the problem causing the wrinkles/ridges in the sectional leather.
