Professional service with personal attention to details from start to finish. I was impressed that the owner, **** *******, supervises each job. **** knows floors and has 40+ years of experience! Additionally, his staff know floors and consistently demonstrated top notch service. Through years of neglect, our parquet wooden floor suffered and sections had to be replaced due to water damage. However, the week before the scheduled start date, a different contractor removed our dishwasher and we had a MAJOR water flood causing an inch of water in kitchen and water was flooding over into hall and dining area. **** rushed in to help, brought his shop vac and industrial fan. We got that water out and then **** made numerous trips to check progress of drying and the integrity of the floor to determine if we could continue with the plan to restore the parquet. After using the fan and dehumidifier for a few days, the floor dried out! **** and his team of experienced professional staff, protected cabinets, etc from dust with plastic sheets then replaced the damaged areas and the restoration began. I was surprised at the number of steps this process took, replacing wood, gluing, sanding, sanding again, filling with a granular like putty, sanding, cleaning, staining, varnish, buffing, more cleaning. Whew! The floor is beautiful! No discrepancies in height or color! It seriously looks like a brand new floor! In regard to color of stain, a staff member, assessed our wood and brought stain samples which were on the type of wood we have. This was a huge help in deciding the color. I must mention that through this process, Mr. ******* provided guidance and encouragement, which relieved my anxiety following the flood! From the assessment and estimate, to completion of the job, **** and his team proved exceptional customer service and professional skills in this restoration. Giving Armorshine 10 stars!
