I submitted photographs to Cabinets LLC, of the damaged items. This included item ********. On March 9th, 2023 I sent Great Buy Cabinets, LLC correspondence demanding a refund. On March 15th 2023, Ms. ******* ******* responded that there had been a mix-up and that the replacement parts I had requested would be shipped. She provided two tracking numbers. On March 21, 2023, the shipment arrived. Most of the items in the shipment were incorrect. Over 300 days have elapsed since I entered into a contract with Great Buy Cabinets, LLC. Item *** ***** or repair parts have not been provided. Thus far, my construction project has been incomplete for two hundred and seventy-nine (279) days because of your unreasonable and unlawful delay in performance. This matter substantially impairs both the use and value of my construction project.
