      While I having only praise for installation team, I am far from happy with paying over $32,000 (just for their part) for a totally renovated bathroom. Helpful picking out fixtures and finishes. Showroom very small though without a lot of examples to actually see. After job started, we realized we needed vanity light fixture and asked them to order one. Charged $850 for standard 4-light fixture! I cancelled immediately and found a perfect one online for $200. They recommended electrician who quoted over 3X what electrician I used quoted. Demolition took 3.5 days instead of 1-1.5 days scheduled which I tried to prepare them for based on age of home. Beneath original tile was 2-3 of cement that overwhelmed the 2-man team. Installers assistant quit without notice but installer carried on alone. Toward the end, another assistant came but was pulled off after a few hours. So although needing more time and help to properly finish, they left to start new job. ***** were far from "paint ready" as promised and still waiting for glass door installation. Hurried cleanup. Full payment was expected regardless. Despite being totally frustrated with job and their attitude, I paid them. Stupid.So bottom line is the presentation was great, installers were great until management had them focused on next job, which made my job suffer in my opinion. I have to say I felt abandoned. My job was no longer a priority. Once you sign on, they provide very little guidance. The installers were asking me for specs on vanity, mirror, cabinet, etc., which I thought they would have and I couldnt find on my contract. The salesperson was very nice but disappeared, never heard from him again unless texting me answers to the many questions that came up. Supervisor never came by to check on anything, until he had to deliver the half of the toilet that was misdirected in transit. Not their fault. I wanted to love my new bathroom and hope I will sometime soon, but I certainly dont yet.

      Our experience with Re-Bath has been terrible and my hope is that NO ONE ELSE gets lied to and ripped off. In my humble opinion, Re-Bath should not be allowed to offer their services through Lowes or ********** since they DO NOT USE products from either store. I was informed they use Re-Bath products. We paid nearly $20K for a main bathroom makeover but the entire experience has been underwhelming at best. For the price we paid we could have had two bathrooms remodeled and/or restored by ****************** from HGTV. The contract was signed the first week of 8/2023 and we were charged half of the contracted amount. We didn't hear anything for weeks, so I went to Lowes off ******************** in *********** **, and asked if Re-Bath was a legitimate company because we wanted to cancel our contract. The Lowes Team contacted Re-Bath and shortly thereafter ***** from Re-Bath contacted us with an install date of 10/24/23. Fast forward, the products used are shoddy at best, the workers were young and inexperienced, the workmanship is terrible. If you're thinking of using this company, please reconsider. My handyman came in and assessed our bathroom investment, as well as pointed out additional issues that we didn't know existed. Re-Bath did schedule and send a project manager to meet with us and address our concerns. **** wasn't client focused but tried to justify the shoddy workmanship. Because the tub/shower measurements were incorrect, they covered up part of our window which interfered with securing our home, the floor isn't grouted, the transition piece between the hall and bathroom wasn't tacked down, the mirror was hung too low, the toilet is too small and is two-toned, the bathtub isn't level, they didn't provide the second grab bar, also took the shower head and curtain rod and we cannot control the water velocity or water temperature while showering. We're on disability and truly cannot afford to give money like this away.

      It is very unfortunate that you had a bad experience with our company. We take pride in making sure our customers have a good experience with us. As you stated your Handyman came out and addressed your Bathroom and pointed out some issues. We set up a Service Appointment to take care of those issues. We put a 4 -point level on the tub which indicated it was level, we raised the mirror 2" we could not raise it any further due to the light would have to been moved and it did not state anywhere in the contract for the lighting to be moved, we repaired the drywall issues. We redid the windowsill to allow it to close and lock properly. Our standard practice is to throw the old shower head and shower rod away along with all other debris unless stated on the contract. All issues that ****************** had have been repaired and resolved to Customer Satisfaction according to the signed paperwork.
