I Purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox from them 3/11/2024 called them 7 days later because it sparked fire while taking my child to school and all motor oil on the ground and a piece of the motor now this trucks sits up because it has rims so there was no way I ran over anything that could have knocked part of the motor off .. Had the car towed to my house called them these ppl said I had to have it towed to them no I can’t do that it was my daughter Sr prom week and guess what I had to go get a rental for her to enjoy her weekend.I have text the sale man advised someone here could bring it for 400 still you wanted me to pay oh because it’s not like you in Jacksonville your like 2 hours way so what customer comes first… But this is very unacceptable here it comes 04/04/2023 no one has reached out to me to assist and the car is still broken down in the front yard w payment due 4/10 and just paid insurance on it …. SMH I need help I refuse to be out of 2600… And the want me to help pay for tow service for a car that was not fully serviced…Review from ANGELA B

Cannot be more thankful for the great service provided by ***************************** ! ****** came to my house on her lunch break to help me start my car. I was now late for work and she saved my day! Terrible buying experience. Right from the start your paying ***** above MRSP to pay for there family plan scam. This rip off is built into the price on every car you buy you have no choice. The plan is all fluff. Seats sprayed with fabric protecter, head lights sprayed with protector, windshield sprayed with repellent. I don't need or want any of this fluff, its a scam. They don't tell you about it. I could have built my carport with the money I wasted. Then there finance guy tried to up sell even more. Classic dishonest dealership. They don't give a dam about there customers. Stay away from this greedy heartless dealership.Review from Rich R

Was told over and over a "100% Mechanical Inspection" was done on the Jeep...more on that later. The people push you into some BS Family Plan that does absolutely nothing except add to your payment. First it says it has a warranty which they told me, they dont tell you it is for a NEW vehicle only. Once I purchased the vehicle I noticed the gas light come on, I was driving back and pulled over for no headlight...literally 2 hours later from the dealership! After calling and bringing it in, I was told to bring it in..it needed a complete housing and headlight. The dealership stated they would only replace one headlight (one is black). Leaving me driving around with 2 different lights. A MONTH After emails, calls, refusing to have 2 different lights they finally agreed after a MONTH to change them. I get them changed finally and check the lights to see if they work and 3 BIG scratches are across the right headlight. I brought this up to the service department while I was still there, was told they would have to take them back off and put the broken lights back on and send the scratched light back to replace it. I told them to not even worry about because I am sick of messing with this dealership and this LEMON that was sold to me.Here are the other issues noted the next day... Dif leak, Wiper Fluid tank completely empty and found out that was bad, quart low in oil, ******** reserve tank completely empty, the electrical setup for lights is terrible and I have to get that addressed and the list goes on. I was able to take it to a mechanic to get it checked out, this is what was found: Rear Main Seal Engine Leak, Dif Leak, broken washer tank and motor, valve cover leak. And where is this 100% Mechanical Inspection Hyundai of Orange Park speaks of? I brought this up to the dealership.... I was told they wont cover it and to use my warranty. So now I have to pay the deductible to fix the Jeep. I HAVE NOT MADE THE FIRST PAYMENT YET!!!!Review from Sharon L

This was the worst service we have ever received. Tried to get a fleet vehicle settled and ****** Hanania was unresponsive and had no clue what was going on . He just passed it off to someone else and said the paperwork never came. Never looked into it further or if he did he sure didnt communicate that with **. We were doing all the work to call between the accounting **** and ****** to figure out who had the paperwork. The ignoring of phone calls and emails got so bad that we had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to see what was going on, only to have a sales manager tell ** they dont know either. As someone who worked in the car business, I can tell you this is not how customers should be treated. This was the epitome of that "used car salesman" stereotype everyone refers to. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra with the help of ************************* at Hyundai of Orange Park. ***** did a wonderful job of helping me find a vehicle within my price range. He went above and beyond to set up my dealer rewards plan so I can access it on my cell phone as well as tie my cell phone into the *** system. He also showed me many features on the car before I left. ***** is a credit to Hyundai of Orange Park.*********************Review from Shatae W

I brought two car from them in the same day one only came with a single key. I was told the key was order and four and a half months later I still don't have my other key.. I was also giving a verbal and written agreement me $11,000 trade in on my old car and it would go towards my new car instead I only received a $1,000 trade in and I still owe the bank the money for my old car!!!. After having the new car and driving it for a week. My car also was listed on the website for $48,500 and week later I'm paying $60,000 for a car! He said market ark up do the the car shortage. I was already contracted "he was just waiting on the paperwork" so I felt stuck. I also asked to speak to the ** 4 times and haven't yet heard a word.. I would never buy another car from them I've never seen business done this way before.Horrible. I agree with all the other reviews. I wish we would of walked away and purchased a car at another dealer. DO NOT USE this dealership.Review from Anastasia L

I am very upset with the hardship Hyundai of Orange Park caused me and my family as a single mother of 3! I was pre approved and then I was given a contract from ****************** (the financial manager), with 100% guarantee no down payment and given a car to take home as a verbal & documented final sale and they waited a week for me to drive it & to make sure I had transferred insurance, customized my car how I wanted to be and for me to turn in my old tag from my other car that I had decided to sell after upgrading to the car that they sold me. A week later they blew up my phone asking for more documentation from me and I turned it all in and then the next day they forced me to renegotiate the contract by force of threatening me to bring them a $1000 for a down payment or turn in the car immediately. I was appalled! They claimed that the bank has a final say and the contract is subject to change upon their final approval and I told them that thats something that should be shared at the time of anyones purchase so that the customer would be aware and prepared but Im 100% positive that they wont correct their process in withholding that important information and will continue to get people in their cars and then force them to do what they want by inconveniencing them of having to revert all thats had been done to transfer & settle into their car personally and legally. Very disappointing! One will think that a bank will give you an approval within 15 to 20 mins after a credit check not a week later especially dealing with a bank in my state which is We ****************** Hopefully I wont be surprised again and threatened again!!!! This is why you should finance through your own personal bank and not through the dealerships.Review from ELIZABETH T

On February 5, 2021, I purchased a brand new 2021 Hyundai Venue. However, around April 12, 2022 my horn stopped working. I was shocked and surprised. At this time, I've had my vehicle for only 14 months. I consider this to be a safety issue. It is very important and serious. I called and spoke with someone in the ****************** to see what can be done to resolve this issue. I was told they can take a look, perform a diagnostic service and the cost would be $189.99 plus tax. However, if they find the issue, they would deduct cost of repair from the $189.99. I do not agree with this at all. Why should I pay anything at all. The car is fairly new. I want to share this, just in case this happens to other customers. Moving forward, I want to know what I can do about this. What are my rights. Also of importance, is this a potential recall. I should be covered under Warranty. In addition, I have purchased additional warranty coverage that covers electrical. Therefore, and with that said, I should not have to pay a single cent. Please advise. I love my vehicle. I simply want my horn issue resolved at no cost to me. This is literally a safety hazard.Review from jerry d

Today ( 02/24/22 ) i had an appointment at 8am for some minor service. I parked in front at 07:45 am. At 9am i saw my car still in front, untouched. I complained and was told they would get right on it ? They wasted one hour of my life not doing their job ! I am very disappointed by their lack of service and my time is important also.
