********************, I apologize for the delay in receiving your truck back. As explained many parts were obsolete with no ETA for when available. You made us aware that you recently purchased the 2013 F150 and had someone put a motor in it. The 25 year plus master technician here had to start from zero and try to get it running. Whomever, you had worked on did not secure the wiring harness and it melted from the turbo was one of many problems. The vehicle is ready for pick up. He drove it today and will give it another look in the morning. The truck is available anytime you'd like to pick it ** (in the morning or afternoon is fine).

I can't help but express my thoughts about the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with in my life. I took my F-250 to them for a service as per my service manual. I have a **** Prepaid maintenance plan and picked my truck up after service back in December 2022 and got it back to them on January 3, 2023 I told them that the car wasn't running right at all and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. They told me that they needed to do a diagnostic and find the issue they then never called me or told me anything for 3 months which the reason was that I called them to find out the status then they canceled the rental car that I had and told me that I needed to bring it back or pay the bill at enterprise rental car. I said No that's not going to happen. They finally called me and let me know that my fuel system was contamainted and said that it must have been water in the fuel tank I said well maybe you (the dealership) shouldn't have put DEF in my fuel tank on a truck that doesn't have one!!!!!!!! They then told me that I needed to pay them $19,652.22 to fix the truck on their mistake! and have had the most stressful experience, to say the least, it is now July 22, 2023, and my truck is still there without any repairs. I want my truck repaired and with certification that it was done with a Factory **** tech

************************* brought his truck in for a routine oil and filter change on the 14th of November 2022 where we performed an oil and filter change on his vehicle. The prepaid maintenance he purchased pays for tire rotation and DEF fluid. Since ****************** DELETED the emissions system from his vehicle, we just did the oil and filter change as requested and billed his prepaid plan for the service. ****************** returned on January 3rd 2023 (approximately **** miles later), and stated that the check engine light was on, as well as the vehicle lacked acceleration. The technician found code P0087 indicates low fuel pressure. The technician did the following: PERFORMED SELF TEST: RETRIEVED CODE P0087. PERFORMED PINPOINT TEST: HIGH PRESSURE FUEL TEST FAILED. INSPECT FUEL PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE: FOUND VALVE DAMAGED BY METAL DEBRIS FROM HIGH PRESSURE PUMP INDICATING PRIOR DAMAGE DUE TO GASOLINE OR OTHER FUEL NOT MEETING THE LUBRICITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM. ENTIRE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. REPAIR DECLINED.****************** was informed of the cost for a replacement fuel system. He claimed we had put fuel in his truck and or someone had jumped our fence, to put something in his fuel system. We told him he could run it through his insurance company which he declined. In an effort to help ******************, we did reach out to **** and see if they would be willing to assist in the repair. Fords response was they would help with the cost of repairs. After 10 plus attempts they offered to pay $7,200.60 and ******************** balance was $4,800.40. We Told ****************** what **** agreed to cover and what his share of the cost would be. Several times, ****************** has been reached out to approve the $4,800.40 which he has NOT done. We are unable to move forward until his approval of $4,800.40 is received. As of todays date, **** has closed the case as resolved and any participation will have to be authorized again. Please advise if you'd like to move forward with the repair. We will have to reach back out to **** as stated. Sorry about the inconvenience. It is frustrating when a vehicle needs repaired. Will make it as timely as possible, upon your approval.

I have never experienced a company that is complacent with their employees lying to customers about their vehicles and when confronted after being caught in the lies both Associates and managers alike have a nonchalant response and demeanor. They have extremely poor communication with their service department both internally and with the customer as when my vehicle had been there for 10 weeks I had to repeatedly explain situations to Associates and managers, after my vehicle I've been there for 3 weeks they had forgot why it was even there, after I had been there for 5 weeks I had been told that the problem had to be identified and parts were already ordered but the issue lied with the manufacturer shipping parts but had later found out after repeatedly asking and never getting an answer until a week and a half later that the part had not been ordered until the vehicle had already been there for 8 weeks. When given the chance after speaking with AutoNation corporate the dealership showed absolutely no remorse or care for the situation they had caused. Due to their incompetencies I was put in both financial and personal situations that resulted in me needing to buy an entirely new vehicle while waiting for this one. We'll also be leaving a review about their corporate headquarters as their concierge service to deal with complaints has also appear to be equally incompetent. If looking to purchase or service a vehicle I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

************** brought in the vehicle on August 9th. Customers are informed that are in need of engines/transmissions to expect several weeks to even months due to capacity of the shop and parts delays. There are 2 transmissions technicians, and they have on average 12 to 15 jobs each. With only 2 lifts per tech that adds to the delays. Since potentially this was going to be covered by the manufacture, parts could not be ordered until the vehicle was diagnosed. Upon diagnosing it was found to be a covered component and parts were ordered. At that time early September **** showed no availability for the part. It showed that the part was back ordered to 11/4/2022. The service manager contacted **** and requested emergency shipment on 9/15/2022. ************** was offered a loaner/rental vehicle and declined. On September 19th **** pulled it off the line (found one) and it was shipped to the packager to be boxed. It was received here approximately a week later and was installed. Apologized for any delays that were incurred. Any questions, please reach out to me directly. *******************

      Customer Response

My vehicle is brought in July 27th the only reason August 9th is being shown is because I had called repeatedly and your associate at the time ****** had forgotten the vehicle was there, this was very apparent when he had to ask me again why it was there after I had met with you July 27th on the day it was actually towed in and you spoke to me personally. As far as declining a loaner vehicle was not offered until the September 19th I declined it because your manager in the service department had told me that the vehicle would be ready in just a couple days after which was incorrect. When I met with you and your service manager and you both personally walked me through the Bays I was told the part had already been ordered and it was just waiting for **** to send it I then asked in person one of your mechanics September 12th he personally looked me in the eye and said the part had already been ordered something which your service representative ***** and your service manager were on the phone with me and confirmed that was the case. A week later I came in after I had asked repeatedly for the confirmation on the date in which the part had actually been ordered. This would put it at a total of 4 weeks I had been told the vehicle had Parts already on order, and yet it was your service representative ***** that informed me they were actually delivered on the same date your mechanic spoke to me in person. When I spoke to your service manager ******* about this he had no reply for this on why I've been told multiple times have been ordered but the dates did not match when I was told or what you are saying in your response. And when I asked you about this and spoke to you about this on the date of me picking this up from you you also said you had nothing to say about that. Your apology included asking me if I was looking to trade my vehicle in with you or just sell it and then made it like it was a burden that you would offer me what you're willing to offer after I'd already been on the phone with ************************ service and they had supposedly talk to you about this issue already. It was only at the very last second as I was driving away that you gave me a box of soap and leather conditioner for the vehicle I was obligated to buy due to your service department and they're incompetency. I do this job for a living and if I had the same excuses and responses for my bosses and people that I provide for I would be fired and everyone that works for me would be fired and replaced.

1 star because the Service Manager waived the fee. Everything went wrong from the very 1st phone call (to their call center because you can never get through to anyone at the dealership). They have NO clue. I called about a rumbling noise under my car. They scheduled me for a Saturday ****. I didn't know until I went & wasted my time that the dealership only does oil changes on Sat. The 2nd call was scheduled me a week later. They said the diagnostic test would only take an hour. I said I would wait because I didn't have a ride home. Appt day- I met with my "advisor" at 9am. She said it would take several hours for them to diagnose the ************ would cost $99.95 if not covered under warranty. I told her what the *********** said, & she said they are always wrong. She arranged to have a driver take me home. At 12:30 she called me to tell me I had a nail in my tire. She also said I had 3 tires of one brand & 1 tire of another brand & the noise was PROBABLY due to the mismatch in tires. She then tried to sell me a new tire after I had told her twice all 4 tires were new within the last 6 months! I told her this is the 1st time I'm hearing this ********* know exactly what date I started hearing it so I doubted the tires were the issue. She said they could repair the tire for $29.95 & again tried to sell me another tire. She then asked for my insurance because I have tire coverage. I gave her the info. She said they could "probably" have it fixed before 4pm. Seriously? It's a nail in the tire. We're not rebuilding the engine! The time of 4pm is important to note because that's when their drivers quit & after that time there is no one to pick me up to bring me back to the dealership to get my car. At 3:15pm (3 hour later!!) I was starting to get worried about having a ride back to the dealership in time, so I tried calling the dealership. I spent 20 min on hold only to be transferred to someone's voicemail. I called again & finally reached a very nice person after 30 min of trying who found my "advisor" & put her on the phone. She said she was still waiting to hear back from my insurance company about the tire repair! Are you kidding??? For $29.95 I would have paid it out of pocket 3 hours earlier & had my car home by then. This woman has NO common sense. I told her to send a car to come get me, I wanted my car now. She said it wasn't fixed yet. I told her I'll get it done somewhere else. Had I not called back, then she was not going to call ********* were going to keep my car overnight (FOR A NAIL IN MY TIRE!!!!). I had a doctor **** scheduled for the next morning that I would have missed because of this incompetent woman. So the driver picked me up & when I got to the dealership I asked to speak to the service manager. While I was in his office, my "advisor" walked by. She saw me in there & proceeded to avoid me at all costs for the remainder of my time there. Actually, she should have been called into the discussion! I explained to the manager what transpired & told him that I didn't feel it was fair of them to charge me $99.95 after the treatment I had received, & he agreed. I also told him my "advisor" should get another job because she was not cut out for this one. He apologized & waived the fee & said their department is in terrible ************ trying to clean it up. So they held my car hostage for 8 hours, tried to sell me a tire, DIDN'T fix the *********** had to get it fixed somewhere else. I will NEVER go there again! Update 10/18/2021: Actually, now I would give zero stars if I could. Although there was a nail in the tire, this was not the reason for the noise. I had the car diagnosed by a proper technician. The issue is a failing wheel bearing!! Did Autonation even test drive the car??!! If they did & the technician diagnosed it as a nail in the tire, then they have a bigger problem on their hands than I do... an incompetent mechanic who is misdiagnosing & sending customers on their way oblivious to the danger that awaits them down the road!
