Came here from ******* to get a car we were promised to be like new. It only had 2k miles on it and was less than a year old.Multiple promises from *** the salsa rep. **** wanted us to put in a deposit of $1500 and then drive down with our trade. We would have lost this money not to count the effort and time.Luckily we flew down in advance. Found out the car had been in an accident , that they never told us about. Car had not been repaired and they said it cant be fixed.Watch out for this place they obviously knew and tried to hide it.

The Audi of Orange park has had my car for a total of 3 months and have been giving me the run around about whats actually wrong with the vehicle one minute its the epm system that needed to be replaced then its a wire within the system harness then a week later its the actual harness that needs to be replaced which is 8 thousand dollarsthis place is money hungry and definitely a stealership and not a dealership all they want is your money !

Very shady business practices. Avoid doing business here at all cost! I had been preapproved by my bank and attempted to purchase a vehicle. I did not have the paperwork because I was told by my bank it is all electronic, however I was unaware of the bank draft sent to my husband via email(he was out of town). **** the salesman advised that I did not need to call my bank (which I offered multiple times). He said the dealership can pull my banks preapproval info since they are a preferred lender. He advised I would need to sign an application and he would send the same to my husband via text and that it would not be another credit pull. Two weeks later there are 3 credit pulls; one from my bank, one from the dealership and another from my bank. My bank advised that the dealership submitted a whole new application. I mentioned that I was seeking to purchase a home in the near future and wanted to limit my pulls. The sales manager came out to talk to me and assure it would only show one hard inquiry. ***** the finance manager tried get me to sign the final sales paperwork as the primary buyer when i told him several times i was the co-buyer and that is how my bank approved it. He tried to advise me it doesn't matter and there is no primary or secondary when purchasing a car. After refusing to sign as primary he reprinted the paperwork. I called the dealership today to complain and was told they had to do a new application to get paid faster and that they do not accept the emailed bank draft check because it takes to long to get paid. My score has dropped by several points because of their rush to get paid. We are considering returning the car because of their shadiness. I would have went else where to purchase had they been honest upfront
